Everyday Shop & Café — Restaurant in Charlottesville

I honestly wanted to like this place. Came in three separate times because the location and selection of products far exceeds most gas stations. Every time I get this same guy, who has no teeth and is quite difficult to understand. That shouldn't be an issue for the most part, I mean he can make do and ideally be apt enough to work a gas station. But no, he has been a total jerk each and every time. One word answers, never helpful, everything is always "down" and so I've actually never gotten anything besides gas. Get a decent, respectable person working the counter (who actually wants to be there and serve customers) and this place might stand a chance. Until he's gone AVOID AVOID AVOID, you'll just be wasting your time and asking for some dude at a gas station to put a guaranteed damper...

Please fix your internet so it works all of the time, then I will only come here (and not other establishments) when I need to work in town. Of the past 10 times I have checked the internet has been down all but once. If you fix this you will have my business for purchasing food at least once a week . . . . and probably many others customers who have the same issue. I don't have the time to ask you to reset your router every time I arrive and shouldn't have to if you advertise free...

It's a nice in between gas station/quick food stop on my way from the Staunton area to the Richmond area. They have a fairly large snack/sandwich/coffee selection. There is an area to dine in as well. It is easily accessible from both 64 east and 64 west. They also have an automatic car wash, which is nice. The gas station bays are spacious and tall. We have fit moving trucks with trailers...
