Dunkin' — Restaurant in Chatham Township

Found hair in my food and politely/discreetly brought to the attention of the owner. I was never refunded or compensated despite the owners promise to "welcome me back". I asked for a free replacement food item to make up for the one with hair on it and the staff absolutely refused with nasty attitude even though it was all their fault. I will not be returning to this Dunkin Donuts - it takes audacity to serve food with hair in it and then give the customer attitude for it, and I'm just not here for it.
