NOT ONE, NOT TWO, NOT EVEN THE 3RD TIME!!! Lord help this place!! Yesterday, 6-21-25 was my birthday. My family and I went swimming then we all wanted something to eat. Everyone wanted something different so I decided on Hardee's. GOD WAS I MISTAKEN! I went through the drive through and ordered the 2 double cheeseburger meal with everything on it, no sauces, extra onions. We go to the park to eat. While everyone is enjoying their meals, I'm sittin without food to eat, why.. because the burger was dry as desert sand, burnt and no lettuce nor tomatoes as I ordered. AFTER everyone was done eating, we go back to Hardee's and they remake my food, my husband brings it out and it was WRONG AGAIN! He takes it back inside, comes back out with my meal, YET AGAIN IT WAS WRONG!! NO CHEESE, NO ONIONS!!!! Since this was the 3rd time they got it wrong, my husband was already mad and upset that I couldn't enjoy food on my birthday, he didn't go back inside the 4th time, we decided to take the burgers home to feed them to the dogs!! How hard is it to put lettuce, tomato, pickle and extra onions with no sauces on a burger? Seriously?? So at that time we just gave up!! I'm pretty livid since it was mine and my twins birthday. Her family as well as my family ate and enjoyed their food at the park accept me. Where's the burgers at now? In the fridge for dog food!!! That's about what this Hardee's makes! Burnt, dry meat, can't follow EASY instructions and totally ruined my birthday! Thanks Hardee's! I did get a shake for my troubles but just eating French fries for my birthday wasn't cool. Read moreOk so I had a slightly bad experience of coming here at first, I ordered my favourite meal, the breakfast platter with triple country ham. I get my order and only have one piece of ham, but did get charged for 3. so I call and they offer to replace the meal. I come in a couple weeks later to get my replacement as well as a replacement of my fiancees bacon they neglected to put in his plate the day before and breakfast for the rest of my family. I get a little attitude about it from the store manager and cashier at first but they honored our replacements and went above and beyond by comping our entire order. This was far from what I expected and greatly appreciated. As I have been in the food industry myself as a manager I know people will take advantage of corporations so I have no issue with the manager and cashier being a little put off by our requests however they more than made up for it. I would never expect such generosity as I know this can at times get a store manager in trouble which makes what the store manager did an even greater act. So even though you may not get the order correct the first time you can expect any errors to be corrected in a satisfactory manner. Great job guys!!...
Read moreTheir coffee lids do not fit correctly. This causes me to spill coffee on me and my car. I never complained but after a while I finally asked if there was a better solution. One of the employees the other day gladly gave me the right cup for that lid. It was a medium cup though.
So, I was happy that they helped but today I go in like almost every day and the employee, apparently manager, at the register was in a chair taking orders but that is beside the point. I asked for the correct cup for that coffee lid and she told me there isn't a problem with these lids.
The other day I asked if others have complained regarding that lid and they told me yes. Well this employee told me I was wrong and after a while of gaslighting me that the lids were okay told me to leave. I never got mad and asked for a manager and she told me she was the manager.
She was very disrespectful and made me feel uneasy around other customers. All I wanted was a solution to my coffee cup instead she gave me the opposite.
