Burger King — Restaurant in Chatsworth

I had the worst experience at this Burger King. The food was cold and disgusting, the service was slow and rude, and the restaurant was filthy.

I ordered a Whopper Jr. and fries, and when I got my food, it was ice cold. The burger was dry and the fries were soggy. I tried to eat it anyway, but I couldn't stomach it.

I went back to the counter to complain, and the employee was very rude. He just told me to "get out of here" if I didn't like the food.

I looked around the restaurant and saw that it was a mess. The tables were sticky and the floors were covered in food. I even saw a cockroach crawling across the floor.

I left the restaurant without finishing my food and I will never be back. This is the worst Burger King I have ever been to.

I would avoid this Burger King at all costs. There are better fast food options...

One of the girls working wednsday night wasn't wearing a name tag so I couldn't get her name everyone else had one ,so when we ordered our food the girl was pulling frys from a bag and eating them while bagging food till manager told her to stop ,we came back and got ice cream later same girl was making them and messed up on the shape some but instead of just giving them to us or throwing them outshedumped the icecream back in the top of the machine I dontthink this is good hygiene for a restaurant to practice if this is procedure ,later by asking other employees her name she goes...

We stopped by here on our way camping and I have to say, this is BY FAR the nicest, cleanest BK I I’ve ever been in. The dining room, and restrooms were spotless! The food, & customer service were great! My Whopper looked just like the picture on the menu board! We bought two bags of ice to take camping and two employees helped us out to the truck with the ice. If BK corporate is reading these reviews, this is the establishment you need to model all locations from. So many locations just don’t care anymore, happy to see some still do.Bravo to the team members at...
