You would likely be hard pressed to find a worse stretch of fast food restaurants on the same side of an American road, but among the rough lies a diamond here. I fell victim to my usual order, but what separated my experience at this particular Bojangles was the angelic view out the side window. The sight of a box of BoBerry biscuits with the sun setting over a well maintained graveyard is likely what flashes before the eyes of many in their final breaths, and it is realized here. It is a captivating sight, and it inspires reflection on life’s greatest joys and inescapable mistakes. To dine here is to wrestle with your own mortality, and to ultimately find gratitude to live in the era of BoBerry biscuits. Was a bit cold in there. Restrooms needed attention.

Says they close at 10pm and I went through drive-thru at 8:30 pm, but two employees stepped out the back door and told me they were closed and that they close at 8pm. I was going to add a photo of the sign still on, but they literally just turned it off. Maybe they do close at 8pm now, but I've never known them to close that early. Anyhow, if they close at 8, they should update their business hours. Which btw… it says online that their business hours were updated 7days ago, yet it still says they close at 10pm. 🤷🏼‍♀️

I came at 7:50 and was in line behind someone who took a long time ordering. When I pulled up, they said they were closed. The sign did say they close at 8 due to being short staffed. I said OK, but the lady could tell I was a little sad..and she said she would take my order. She did, and I was grateful. I know they're short staffed, but her kindness really showed through. She did not have to take my order, but she did. It was delicious and my kids were so happy after a long night of sports. Thank you.

Oh my. Horrible service. They had (no kidding) 15 adolescents working in the back, and they were still very slow and disorganized.

Case in point: I ordered a Bo Sandwich combo. Five minutes after my order was made, the woman at the cash register was asked by another woman in the back “Can I make a sandwich for you?” To which the attendant replied, “yes, a Bo Sandwich”. The woman in the back made it as I was watching, and put it in the slot to be picked and packed with the meal. As I waited, the woman at the register went back to the woman that made the sandwich, and asked her to teach her how to make a Bo Sandwich. So she began teaching her—all while my sandwich was waiting for me. A young man, in the meantime, came and asked me if I’d been helped, to which I responded—“yes, I’m waiting for my sandwich, but I think it’s sitting right there.” He collected the sandwich, and gave me my drink and fries. Ten minutes.

Messy, unclean, unprofessional language—morale seemed low. Food was decent, but not great. Laughable experience. It’s too bad—I couldn’t believe how unorganized and over-staffed they were....

I attempted to visit the drive thru this morning I ordered a sausage biscuit a sausage egg an cheese biscuit a large sweet tea and small coffee. So get to window and the employee can't seem to comprehend the order she has us for steak biscuit and some combo stuff we didnt order then yells out she changed up her order so I need and named off stuff we didnt order tried again to get the order correct and still no success so she yells shes changed up her otder again with window open to the employees and we did not change anything. So we just left way to much anxiety the employee appeared to be on drugs when we called manger she was rude and tried to do nothing but argue with us saying the employees are drug tested so maybe at that store but none of others do my daughter works at stores in Cleveland Tennessee and has never had a drug screen. So this will never be a place I visit again in Chatsworth Georgia. I will be sharing this experience on social media for all my friends to see so they dont experience the anxiety we had to experience in an attempt to get...

They left off my egg of both my biscuits Tuesday. I didn't call or go back because I didn't catch it before I left. When I order huge amounts of food, I'm usually focused on how many items I should have and don't open up every individual item. No one has time for that when they have a line full of people behind them, waiting on their food. Not to mention, a house full of people waiting on their their food, so a quick item count is all I did this time. 2 biscuits weren't right. The "child" sprite was the largest drink their was. I didn't catch that the sizes were off on the individual drinks. The large tea was a small. They must have accidentally switched the cups. I was told they had a child tender meal but the fries was a huge jumbo. We through out most of them because a 3 yr old can't consume that much. I was disappointed this time but they usually have everything correct, so I'm chalking it up to just being a bad day....
