Taco Bell — Restaurant in Chatsworth

Well I came to this Taco Bell to give it another chance after having several wrong orders In the past the line for the drive thru was into the parking lot and I was in it for about 10 minutes before getting to the menu, I already knew what I wanted when I got there so I ordered quickly I wanted to try their new Chalupa street tacos so I ordered the combo not the box the combo comes with chicken the sauce, onions and cilantro with a side of chips and a drink. I got to the window paid for my food and sat there for about 10 minutes before actually getting my food the gentleman at the window was very kind ,I should have known better than to not check my food tell I got home but that was my mistake it was late and needed to get home upon opening my food which was in a box so that was the 1st indication I had the wrong meal I did in fact end up getting the chalupa box meal with steak and a crunchy taco and a burrito which I did not order also there were 3 little pieces of steak and no onions or cilantro in the chalupa… I hardly eat out and when I do it’s never the right thing safe to say I’ll stay...

My, how we have fallen... This place went from fair/average to a symbol of the decay of modern society. The only reason I gave it three stars for atmosphere is a small "taco bell haters club" social circle formed in the dining area as we all waited. And waited. And waited. The ordering kiosk not only barely works, but it removed any semblance of customer service they had left. We were 3rd in line and it took them 30 minutes to totally butcher our order. Not by a little, oh no, by a level I have rarely seen in my 40+ years on this planet. All those extras you payed for? Nay, not one was included. Those basic menu items you ordered... How do you forget to grill a grilled burrito... It's literally in the name!?! It was amusing for the manager to drop everything in the midst of everything to compare Facebook posting tips with an off duty employee as more and more customers lost what little faith in humanity they had left. Save your money, and your optimism and try...

Went through the drive-thru the man said my total was $11.49 I gave him a $20 bill and $49 and he gave me back the 49 cents and said he didn't need that and then persist to count on his fingers where in the world do you get your workers from I will never know and when I got home with the food the lettuce that they put on the food was frozen and made all the food cold I have never seen anyone count on your fingers especially when these register tape tells you what you give them back they worse now I have ever had and the most stupidest person I have ever seen work there it was horrible I will not go back how dumb can you be I have no idea who the manager is but they need to start hiring someone who can at least run a register and not count on their fingers I know we are as country as country can be but a monkey could have done...
