Gets one star only because there are no zeros. Sunday noon I had 5 minutes to pick up a Arby Jr & Jamocha shake. I waited 10 minutes in the drive-up line before I even got to the order stand. By now there are 3 cars behind me. At the order stand I waited another 10 minutes before they would take my order. Now there are 3 cars in line at the window and still more waiting. I pulled out of the line, parked and went inside where there was no line, but the register only had $1 bills so the young lady at the counter wanted to give me $15 change in ones. By now, I am 20 minutes late and will be skipping lunch as well. I have had it with this place and will be dining elsewhere from now on. On several occasions they have served me a shake that was way too full and dripping out the top - makes a horrible mess. Or the shake is not frozen and tastes like dish soap. When I called, I overheard an employee yell "Oh I had messed up." The manager said she would replace the order, but I was already at work and assumed I could pick up the order the next day. When I went to pick up the order, the manager only wanted to give me one sandwich, instead of the entire order. Read moreThe wait is always super long at the hwy 58 location. Also make sure to check your bags before you drive off. I do not fault them for this at all though. They are always cripplingly under staffed. Went thru there earlier. They had 5 people pulled to the side waiting because they only had two people working, and they were concerned about their window time. Even being so over worked they are always very professional and cheerful. I give the owner 1 star for doing their employees like that. Charging twice as much for food and cutting labor in half?
