I ordered two impossible burgers at the drive through. I paid and was told to move my car forward and wait, they would bring my food to my car. I moved my car forward and waited and waited and waited. My car was becoming an obstruction to other vehicles behind me. I had to move around the building and go stop on the other side of Burger King where there was more parking. I went and knocked on the door showing my receipt and asking for my order. Staff ignored me. I was persistent and they just told me to go away I’m not allowed to come inside. I went around to the drive-through order window. Again I was ignored. I went to another window and knocked and showed my ticket. Again I was ignored though they saw me. I kept on standing there and persisting for service. Eventually a lady that looked like the manager came to the window I simply asked for my order and showed her my paid receipt. She then passed me food, when I open the bag it was the wrong food. I went back to the window, I was ignored again. Eventually she opened again I showed her what I wanted. They went back on the computer system and apparently had forgotten about my order. They then very quickly was able to make my order. No apologies were offered they just gave me the order and shut the window in my face. I obviously will never go there again. This is the most unfriendly bunch of people and the worst service I’ve ever experienced at any Burger King. Never go...
Read moreGot the 2for $10 meal for me and my son, with the onion rings... with that being said, of course his had to be the one that something happens two- so basically it's ruined for him for the rest of his life. There's these cut out circles on the fry and onion ring packages, I am assuming for the allowance of stem to excape or whatever, anywho, mine was popped out and I just had little holes in my box, his was not and somehow ended up almost choking on a paper circle. It first it did not know what it was but once I called the manager he told me it could be part of the package and sure enough on one side of it was a hole like mine but the other was still attached. I was offered another meal, but to a seven year old that thought he almost died- there's no way in hell he would eat there again if you offered him 5 free meals. That might have talked any other man back into your restaurant, but a 7 year old kid is not like any other customer, should have tried a kids meal toy or a ice cream or something- I'm not allowed to go to burger King no more at any location as long as he is with me. It's a chain of unfortunate events and I have found myself right here in the middle of freaking McDonald's and I'll just starve.... ...
Read moreHello! This Burger gave me very delicious and fresh food, but their customer service was TERRIBLE! We went through the drive through and had to tell the workers twice that we were ready to order. When they finally took our order, they were VERY short with us. They didn’t give us a chance to say specifications of our orders and immediately cut us off and asking “Size? Drink?” in a very short tone. When we got the window, the worker said our total and nothing else; we even asked her how she was and tried initiating the conversation. The woman in the first window did not even make eye contact and as soon as our transaction processed she returned our card and slammed the door shut in our face. The woman at the 2nd window LITERALLY threw our food at us and slammed the door shut, also not responding to us asking how she was doing.
