I recently visited a Subway outlet and had an incredibly disappointing experience. The person claiming to be the store manager was utterly unprofessional. He was chewing gutkha the entire time he prepared my sandwich, which is completely unacceptable in any food establishment.
I had to keep a close eye on him to ensure my sandwich was made correctly, but he was uncooperative and refused to add the sauces I requested. His attitude was dismissive and disrespectful throughout the process.
Whatâs worse, he wasn't wearing gloves while preparing the food. This is a serious violation of the mandatory health and safety protocols that have been put in place post-COVID-19. This negligence is a serious health risk and should not be tolerated.
The owner or the certified name mentioned on some certificate says Ms. Ravina Chaudhari, needs to address these issues immediately. When dining out, it is crucial for staff to listen to customer instructions and maintain the highest hygiene standards. Unfortunately, this Subway outlet failed miserably on both counts.

He handed them the cash to pay for his food and immediately decided to pay with card instead. He asked foe his cash back so he could swipe the card. The "staff" says you can't change your mind.
