Central Park — Restaurant in Chattanooga

There food isn't what it used to be. The seasoned fries I got were hot but they tasted bland. They didn't taste very seasoned at all. The burger I got was small and definitely not worth the price they're charging. My friend got hotdogs and said they weren't fit to eat. He said the nuggets tasted like something from a grocery store. I got a large drink and it was so full of ice that I had to use a soda I had just to have a drink. They didn't have any tea which upset my friend. You would think in the middle of the day they would have some or make some but they didn't offer any. There other solution was fruit punch. That's not an alternative to iced tea. The lady at the window was not friendly either. I gave her bills and went to give her change and she slammed the window before I could. She gives me more change that I didn't want. Then a few minutes later she gives me my food in a very greasy bag. It ripped the bag. She didn't say one word about it either. I can't say I'm in any kind of hurry to go back there to get any...

So I decided to stop in at 5:40 on a Friday. Needless to say the 3 employees were not who I would have representing my business. Not very customer oriented at all. On the menu board there was a sign posted stating that due to our Country’s current situation they did not have there original fries or chicken nuggets. Nowhere on that sign did it state they were not serving fries at all, nor did it state you would receive a discount if you ordered a combo meal. I ordered the # 3 and paid full price and did not receive fries only a burger and drink. Burger was great but I will never ever return to this location. You should not even be in the restaurant business if you do not serve fries with hamburgers period. If you do not have your original fries that’s OK , but go purchase an alternative fry or at least notify the customer and give them a discount. Very sad from an ownership and...

Not local to the area but was driving back to our hotel and spotted this little place and it had cars in both drive thrus and looked busy! I thought to myself man, I bet that place is good so we stopped and gave it a try and it did not disappoint! Decent prices and the burger was pretty damn awesome! I got it just the way it comes even though I don't normally do mayo, mustard and ketchup on my burgers but man it was really good! My only small complaint would be that I wish it had more of those on there bc with a double patty burger it needed more sauces!
