I'm going to summarize this. As this interaction blind sided me! Went here 5/3/25, @ 6:18. Myself, daughter, and baby grandson. Ordered the new garlic shrimp, fish, and fries. Upon ordering I also asked for my free bday keylime cheesecake, as that's what I saw on menu, picture of it in my app, didn't say keylime in app. Been here a total of 3 times. Once for granddaughter, once myself and granddaughter, now this time. All 3 to this location. I was told I couldn't order bday reward at window, only online. That was per tall black woman. Got to the window, older white woman, manager, as she is dressed different then them, asks me what are we trying to do. Told her the lady said I had to order bday thru online.She said no no no, we can do it. Right there, goes down hill. We pay, 6.54, leave, go across the street to get grandson happy meal at Wendy's, gone maybe 10 minutes 12 minutes, we open the fish, shrimp meal, to only see a little bit of shrimp, no fish, and some fries. We go back across street I walk inside now, pouring rain. Greeted by tall black woman, met with tall black man, goatee, with mask on. When I say I think I'm missing fish, they proceed to tell me "WE" ate it. While the black woman was laughing, I thought it was a joke. It wasn't! He accused me that we ate it, it was in there, then went to my rewards saying how did I have rewards if only here a couple of times. Confused as hell! I was like your serious!? He kept going, she chimed in a couple times. He gave me 1 piece of fish, from guy in back, I walked out in disbelief with how I was treated, talked to, and accusing statements. Get in car tell daughter, she like whoa!? We call on speaker to talk with manager, older white woman. He answered, said he was the manager, I told him I did not want to speak with him, he kept over talking, then proceeds to say this is the lady just in here, come in and talk about it, you in the SUV backing out, as a matter of fact, I'm coming out. He hung up. We felt very UNSAFE! They were argumentative, combative, accusatory, rude, actually down right disgusting. Never, never again, at this location. Its run down, dark, and just no customer service. Not to mention as we are leaving, 2 men, smoke a joint right out their front doors to...

I'm visiting from out of town. My family suggested this place and location. We get there and walked in; it was two people in line; one of them was on the phone in front of the cashier. after a while of listening, the guy thst was on the phone was related to the cashier. He was calling people, saying "guess who I'm in front of?"; and was having full conversation holding the line up manager walking back and forth not doing anything. The final straw for the customer infront of us is when he passed the cashier the phone, and she said, "Hey, Grandpa." , the lady in front of us was taken back by this and left out and told us we can have it!! this is ridiculous! I'm tried from my 14-hour drive to see my family I went and sat outside for a few minutes while this Debacle take place. When I went back in, my food was there. I had two pieces of catfish, Mac and cheese, and broccoli. I have never seen Catfish fillet that small in my life. Which makes you think, are you eating real catfish? The Mac and cheese was alright but definitely gave off microwave vibes; the broccoli was broccoli. The price that is being charged for this dish is ridiculous. I can definitely see why this fast food chain did not...

On August 4 2021, I entered the drive thru of the highway 58 location at 8:20 pm. When I approached the drive thru speaker the employee rudely spouted "go ahead with your order." There was no welcome greeting and it felt as if the employee had better things to do with their life. I ordered the 10 piece Fish Dinner and 2 extra fish as the size of the fish has shrunk dramaticallyover the years. When I retrieved the order it only came with one tarter sauce and since I was not ordering just for myself and my order came with 12 pieces of fish, I asked for another helping of tarter sauce. The employee seemed unimpressed with my presence and said "I ain't supposed to give out more than one." When I arrived home the fish was undercooked, the fries were cold and old, and a side order of crackling I ordered was not in my bag. It is frustrating to spend money and not get what you paid for; something seriously needs to be done about the conduct of the employees and upper management as there seems to be little to no improvement at...
