I love this coffeehouse when I was growing up since the 2000’s, and now it came back two years ago first time since it closed near me in 2008. I was here for this local Starbucks return in 2020 here at highway 58! It was during the pandemic. This service is incredible and convenient to be here. It was always a good visit! This peppermint mocha Frappuccino I was there for a couple of years ago was very good and very Christmas-ey to taste it. No cap. And I still love this area to this very day today! This place is my childhood here in Chattanooga since I was growing up like I mentioned this earlier in my review, as a generation z kid myself when I was younger and an adult remembering this now, I would still love this place as an adult now! It takes me back! Then, what’s crazy about Starbucks is that my family is now living close to my mothers home, it’s right here. I’m a mile away from where it is now for twenty years since I was a kid, and it’s right here! It’s where my favorites came from here always. Thank you! I’m hoping for the best services in the future, and it deserves a five out of five stars! I love you google! Sincerely, Kyle Cosgrove and Tonya dethouars! P.S. We’re the mother and son customers who loves and enjoys coffee all the time! Thanks for reading this amazing review, I hope you guys enjoy it, and thanks again viewers; I would recommend going to Starbucks again more often than not in the future! Love it! That slaps bro! It was lit as hell! Look at starbucks man So...
Read moreI just left the Starbucks store on highway 58. I’ve been to this location many times and USUALLY don’t have issues. However today I went through and tried to order a caramel cappuccino, which I’ve ordered just fine from other coffee stores like Duncan Donuts. There was an issue with the woman hearing me over the speaker correctly and didn’t hear me say “iced” so after I corrected her she went to have another person fix my coffee which I only assumed told her she didn’t know how because then a man showed up to the window and asked to ask me a question. “How does one make a cappuccino iced because frankly as a barista i dont know how we could store it and it keep cold”. He proceeded to come off very passive aggressive and rude like I ruined his day by ordering something his store didn’t know how to make. And all I was trying to do was order something else to make it easier on them. After I complained to the woman at the window he never came back to speak to me. He was rude and I will not be back to this location and probably another Starbucks store because even After I just ordered an iced latte instead the woman who handed it to me said they tried to put foam on it. I didn’t ask for foam on my latte!!! I just asked for something different to help with the problem! Your overpriced coffee isn’t worth being talked to like that. I was at the highway 58 location on...
Read moreLet me start by saying this is not company policy. I stopped by the drive-thru for a coffee and breakfast sandwich, asking for the sandwich to be cut in half. The young lady at the window informed me they couldn’t do that due to “company policy.” Surprised, I responded, “Oh really? Other Starbucks locations gladly do this.” Within seconds, I Googled it and told her she was misinformed—it’s not company policy at all.
She didn’t acknowledge this, make eye contact, or even respond when handing me my order. No further words were exchanged. Her lack of customer service was disappointing, especially for Starbucks standards. It was clear she didn’t care about providing good service or was simply too lazy to add the note on my order sticker saying, “ask me.” That small step would have required her to walk away from the window to address the issue.
I’ll be sticking with the Ooltewah Starbucks from now on—they actually care about their customers and don’t lie to avoid...
