My first time visiting this Hwy 58 location on my lunch break today was an extremely rude, and disrespectful experience so I will never stop to eat there again. For 15 years I ate at the previous location on Hwy 58 next to the cleaners with no problems but today these employees were so rude I cancelled my order and went to the Shallowford Rd store. This Hwy 58 store needs 100% customer service training from management to front line servers. I am so bothered by my experience that I will also follow this complaint by writing Subway's CEO- Suzanne Greco in Milford, CT. The COVID-19 pandemic has already forced us to not eating at restaurants now days. Although many Americans are stressed there is no reason for customers to experience 100% rudeness; as I've inquired about this location over the past hour I am learning that this Hwy 58 store has a regular practice of being rude to their customers as well as pricing their menu $2.00 more than other local Subways. I normally don't write social media complaints; but my advice to all Subway customers is to avoid this location and go elsewhere to spare yourself the experience of frustration. I take it back, the door is locked, there's a female employee with black hair, with blonde bangs making sandwiches. She motions for another person to come to the door. A young male opens the door, his voice is the one that took my order but he has curly brown hair. I immediately state I'm not mad I just want another sub no hair. He instructs me to go thru the drive thru and he'll correct the order. I go to the drive thru its 8:56pm I get to the mic and he says my Mgr said I can't make you another sub bc we're closed. I asked for the Mgr name he said he couldn't give out that info. Then he stated she's not the Mgr but that's what I was told. No offer of refund no sub. Read moreThis is the worst subway ever my daughter which is only nine years old was entering when another employee who was on a smoke break busted through the door in front of her and never even held the door open when she was struggling to open the HEPA door. Instead he let the door shut right in front of her and just said you’re opening it the wrong way.
