In the past, this location has been pretty good about resolving issues (like the wrong order being delivered). I’m not sure what’s going on today, but at this point I can only assume this location is having a full meltdown or all the employees decided to walk out at the same time.
When our order arrived we discovered that the pizzas that were delivered did not match our order at all. It’s like we received someone else’s order.
Okay, no big deal…except that 30+ minutes later we still haven’t been able to speak to anyone at the store to get this issue resolved.
We tried reporting the issue on the app first, but the only solutions it offered were 20% off menu items or one free pizza. Neither would work for us because we ordered two pizzas, both of which arrived incorrect.
On our first attempt at calling the store, it rang several times before someone answered and asked us in a frantic tone to hold. No big deal…until we sat on hold for ten minutes, seemingly forgotten.
We then tried calling the store several more times, all of which went unanswered. They’ve just stopped answering the phone entirely at this point.
With no other viable options, my spouse just left to go to the store and get this issue resolved in person. We have a newborn baby at home and just wanted an easy dinner we didn’t have to leave the house to get. Having to drive to the store to get a simple mistake resolved defeats the whole point of delivery and highlights a complete deficit in operations and management at...
Read moreMy disabled brother placed a carry out order for me to pick up with my elderly mother on the way back from her dental appointment. I give it a one star because the price was affordable. But the pizza was a spinach pizza. It should have had white sauce (feta). They put tomato pizza sauce on it. It wasn't good. Bthe website even has the kind of sauce for the spinach pizza. Furthermore, with it being cheap, I asked the gentleman at the window what my brother had ordered. He read it and correctly. He then looked at it and closed the box and handed it to me. I took a quick glance to see if it was enough or if I needed to order another. So just by size, it was plenty. We drove 24 miles home to find the sauce was incorrect. So, I know the employee who made it, cut it, boxed it or did final look before handing it to me had to at one point say, "oh that's wrong" but no one acted and corrected it if they did. I didn't call the store because even if they said we will replace it and give your money back, that would be traveling a total there and back, 75 miles for an $8.50 pizza. I hope IF anyone reads this, corrects things (orders) when they see it is not correct. Some peoe have allergies, live far away or other reasons that going back isn't an option. That's the first time in years I have had dominos. The reason was last time we got an old, cold pizza...
Read moreI use to order Dominoes years ago but stopped after the smell of their pizza started making me nauseated. After that I started ordering Papa Johns. This week I decided to give them another try since its about 5 minutes away and honestly carryout is way cheaper vs delivery. I ordered a medium half cheese and half toppings. Something told me that it would be wrong when I received it. Sure enough. Toppings throughout the pizza. Imagine my 7 year olds expression when she seen that, expecting a half cheese pizza. Today I decided to order again to make up for my daughter not getting her pizza earlier in the week. I also decided to get me the Primavera pasta. The pizza was great but that pasta, Natalie should have been ashamed of since thats who the tracker said was preparing my food. It was absent of sauce since literally most of it was burnt onto the pan. Everything was dry and overcooked with very little portions. Times are too hard to be wasting money on food not properly made. I definitely would have taken the orders back but unfortunately my son had picked them up each time as my daughter was using my vehicle so I was stuck with them. Never again and its a shame because I love...
