Your choice of bacon or sausage with eggs, cheese and mayo between two pieces of Texas toast.
Chicken Biscuit
One big ‘n crispy chicken breast fillet perfectly placed onto a made-from-scratch buttermilk biscuit. This little birdie is no joke.
Sausage, Egg, & Cheese Biscuit

I highly advise against eating at this establishment. I am a former employee of 1.5 years and the things I have seen have truly appalled me. The back of the store is filthy, with cleaning and sanitation being neglected constantly. The store has roaches, although not coming into contact with food, is still a big concern. Ive seen mold around the building multiple times, especially on ceiling tiles near vents. The expiration dates on packaged products (products brought from packages to Tupperware for ease of use) are changed after the expiration date to make it appear as if the product is in date (instead of throwing it out). There was even a time that we had expired chicken fillets (which tasted awful) and I told the general manager about it, to which he proceeded to use and sell them to our customers. The store also has a plumbing problem, with toilet waste emerging from the drains around once a month (or every other month, just at random), to which we were instructed to keep the restaurant open, which was unsafe. The fryers were also neglected, with oil rarely being changed up until recently, when they added a lockout feature. Even then, the oil is recycled too much, way past the usage window. I could probably go on and on about the reasons you shouldn’t eat here, just take my word for it, you’ll thank me later.

My experience was great! Chain restaurants have a high turnover of food, people and sometimes employees. So I try to give them the benefit of the doubt. Now... Onto the food. I ordered the a two piece fried chicken meal with mashed potatoes and coleslaw. It came with a biscuit. The Chicken was very good! The skin was crispy and golden brown. Everything looked great and tasted better than I expected. The mashed potatoes were not lumpy. Smooth with the nice flavorful brown gravy. The coleslaw, you could tell was handmade as everything there is. The biscuit didn't need anything. I ate it by itself. I liked the biscuit so much and went and bought another one along with two scoops of the smoky mountain ice cream for dessert. Originally spent 9.06 and spent 4.24 more or 13.30 including 9.25% Tax. Jacks has some really good food. Now I am aware, so are you.

UPDATE: Sep 7, 24, Management asked for another chance, so they got it. I ordered a Little Jack with cheese and fries. The hamburger didn't have cheese, and it was cold and chewy. The fries were cold as well. Management, you need to train your staff on not only customer service but also how to make the food you sell! I'm not doing a "third time is the charm" crap. Your Dayton Blvd store SUCKS, and it's bc of your inept employees! Went 2nite and got 2 chicken sandwiches. So, they literally just put the meat on a plain bun and wrapped it up! No condiments, sauce, pickles, NOTHING! Dry, dry, dry. After 2 bites, it went to the garbage. What the hell is wrong with employees now? They know nothing about customer service, and apparently, they know very little about their jobs! I love spending money on restaurant garbage! Thanks, Jacks! Won't be back!

This morning I just got off a 13 night shift (Nurse). Well I wanted to get my children breakfast so I could just shower and sleep since I had to be back at 6pm. Welp I keep my debt card locked and as soon as I pulled up to the window my phone died and I couldn’t turn my card back on. They waited for me patiently b4 asking me to just pull up until I got my phone to charge a bit to turn on. Well it wasn’t coming on so I circled the parking lot thinking I can get some more juice to the charger. The manager stuck his head out the drivethru window with my order of Hot Cakes and Bacon for my sons and said here I took care of itđŸ„č💕💕 I said I will come back later today and pay yall and he said no thats ok I took care of it for you. I come here often in the morning and sometimes b4 work and the service is always fast and I get what I ordered. I’m writing this to acknowledge this managers kindness and compassion and I truly appreciate that he allowed me take my children breakfast. I wish I got your name and I’m sure I will see him again but THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart! It’s always good to find a fast food restaurant that still has good people who are willing to serve you with respect and kindness because that’s lacking these days....
