DO NOT PAY TWICE HERE! DO NOT SCAN YOUR CARD! Be warned, there's a cashier here that will try and scam you into paying for something you already paid for.
I walked in to pick up my doordash order. The personnel question walked in after me having a smoke break with a bunch of friends outside. The person originally at the counter looked up my order and went to go grab it. While he did that, the other associate who was out on a smoke break with friends walked in and looked at the order on the screen. He immediately started telling me that it wasn't paid for. I found this so strange that I laughed it off. It's a DoorDash order, it doesn't go through unless it is paid.
But this guy didn't let down. The other associate arrived with my order and I took it to leave. This guy kept berating me that I hadn't paid. I figured fine, just someone who is taking the bit too far. I let him know it was a DoorDash order that wouldn't go through in the first place if it wasn't paid for. I thought he'd let up. I guess not, he kept yelling at me as I left that he was "the manager and this would negatively affect him!" as I walked out the door.
Looking back on it, this is worse than I thought. Let's say he was looking at the wrong order on the screen: he did nothing but escalate the scenario. He didn't ask to confirm details to ensure we were on the same page. He just kept accusing. So much so that a different driver left the lobby before mentioning her order based on how aggressive he was acting.
Even worse still, I was thinking about how this person would get funds from this scam. It was highly unlikely that I would pay in cash as that's much more rare. The only thing that I could figure was that he has a skimmer on the credit...

Nobody answered the phone (we called the number per the curbside pickup instructions), we went inside to pick it up, and checked the pizza once we got into the car. The pizza was wrong and we tried calling again. Still, no one answered, so we went back inside to let them know and see how long it would take for a new one. The person cutting the pizzas was wearing her face mask BELOW her chin, thus meaning that they were leaning over and cutting pizzas without properly wearing a face mask. The employee who helped us with our incorrect pizza order was extremely rude and acted like we were an inconvenience to her. Although I’m not certain what her name was, the name on our refund receipt said Jacqueline, so this was potentially who was being so rude to us but we’re not 100% sure.
I’m giving this a one star due to how we were treated, but also due to the improper wearing of the face mask while preparing food. We mentioned that we had tried calling multiple times, and we asked if something was possibly wrong with the phone. The woman was extremely rude and basically insinuated they didn’t have time because of the oven being full of pizzas. We wouldn’t have minded if this person had been kind, apologized, and explained nicely what was going on. But she persisted to have an attitude with us. We will not be using this location again and urge others to proceed with caution, especially considering their improper use of face masks and the potential that, if you absolutely require contactless curbside pickup, you will most likely...
Read morePicture this Sicily Tuesday July 15 2025. I go online and order 5 PPP personal pan pizzas and cheesy bread fr this store. I put on some clothes and checked my email. The email says my order is ready. I hop in the car and drive across town because I prefer this location. I pull up to a full parking lot which is unusual as this location is not too busy. Also the inside looked closed. When walking in their lobby lights were turned off. The employees were fussing and the cashier did not wlecome me. Very rude in demeanor. He asked for my name. I told him and he said it would be a 2½ hour wait. I statrted laughing because I seriously thought he was joking. He was not. He said he had to make dough and then there would be 72 orders in front of mine. I just canceled the order all together. Sat in the car and watch them cancel order after order, turning people away. While sitting in the parking, I tried accessing the chat for a corporate complaint, and it said it was offline. They did not want to deal with the chaos they created. This was absolutely unacceptable. So I took my business next door to Dominos who accurately told me my pizza was ready and warmly greeted me in the door and offered plates and napkins.
