We stopped in this location after a long day of driving over 10 hours. I ordered from my app on my phone. My son and I walked up to the counter area to wait for our order while my husband and daughter waited in a booth. There were about seven people waiting for their orders at the front counter. There were six boys sitting at a table who were also waiting for their food. My son and I waited for 15 or more minutes while they were slowly getting the food for the other guests who were waiting at the counter. Finally they asked us what our order was and said it was just started. The lady who looked like a supervisor was getting food for an order when she accidentally knocked the bag to the ground and had to start over. She later sneezed over the food area where she was getting orders ready while not covering her mouth. We finally got our food after waiting more than 20 minutes for it and didn't have our drink cups. I took the food to my husband and then went to get our drinks. The ice got stuck in the machine when I was getting our 4th drink out of 4 and the ice got stuck and would not come out. I tried to get it to work and it didn't. I asked my son to take the cup to the front and have them fill it for me with some ice. They said it would be a minute, but no one ever got it for him. He waited for about five minutes while no one was at the front counter area any longer. I got upset with waiting and left my cup by the soda fountains as one of the fountains had a sign on it that it was out of order. When I finally tried my food the fries were cold and not fully cooked and the chicken nuggets were also not fully cooked. We were so disappointed with the service that we did not eat and threw the food away. I would give this location a zero star rating but it would not allow me to. If I were the franchise owner if this was not a corporate store, I would really look at the staff and service to ensure my guests were taken care of as this location has had multiple reviews that they would rate this location less than one star, but they were not able to leave zero...
Read moreI visited during a busy time. They were also changing from the breakfast menu to the lunch menu a bit early - I was told they had run out of breakfast. The drive-thru line was wrapped around the building, so I decided to go inside as it was less busy and I was on a schedule. There was a lady working up front pulling double and triple duty, trying her best, it seemed - I will give credit where it is due, and she was working hard. However, the kitchen employees were working slow and unmotivated, and the manager spent time standing by the fries and mostly dealing with the drive-thru. I'm not sure what the experience would have been like had I chosen the drive-thru, but it would likely have been better as the kitchen was obviously only focused on the drive-thru. I ordered a simple chicken sandwich with no fries and drink. I waited for just over 25 minutes, standing up front for my order. That's simply unacceptable service and the cause of my rating. After reading the other reviews on this location, I would advise others to avoid this location. It does seem that there are some good employees that work here, but their efforts seem to be swallowed up in a mess of other issues within the staff. I know reviews don’t really make a difference to the company because they make so much money anyway and it’s probably just a waste of my time but this was one of the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to, and I have done A LOT of traveling in my life and visited a lot of McDonald’s. I ordered a double cheeseburger, 1 because that 2nd piece of cheese really makes a difference and there was only 1 piece of cheese, 2 I asked for extra onions ON the burger and there was basically less than the normal amount actually in between the buns as you can see in the pics I’ve included they were all over the outside of the bun and mostly on the wrapper, 3 it barely room temperature by the time we got it. Our fries were old and ice cold so when we saw them take fresh ones out of the fryer we asked for those. The chicken nuggets were fine, and so was my snack wrap. But the employees also weren’t the friendliest, one of them was going on and on and on about how much the snack wraps suck the entire time we were inside which was about 20 minutes…..yes it took about 20 minutes for us to receive a large fry, 6 piece nuggets, snack wrap and double cheeseburger.
