I'm a late night DT mobile order hitter and the last few times I've had a very nice WOW experience from the "regular" closing crew or "faces"or so that seems to be.. I hope Taco Bell has found a more importance and Pride in their employees. As I recall their cheap 6 month evaluation .18 cent x 39.99hrs $7.20 - 22%taxes ($1.584) $5.62 added to a full weeks bring home wage. ($5 BOX) NO Sour Cream.. I hate to say but I told Jean she could let Taco Bell keep it if that's all they could afford outta a Friday's REGULAR $2,200.⁰⁰ + lunch HOUR. I did like my job and put in a few good years with Taco Bell. 🌮 saying that I'm retired now and as I reflect back Taco Bell was one of those jobs that their pay never matched the effort that an employee had to put forth into one job. I feel the need to remind Taco Bell at every chance you don't take pride in the name of a company... It's the face of the company that makes the Name (Brand). Without the face you would not have no company. No CEO would ever know the real lifetime of sacrifices that one would make just to make someone else rich. They couldn't take much pride in knowing that someone could hardly afford to fix their car to make it back and forth to work so the boss could afford a new car! Keeping it real and keeping now honest. Just so you know it is a bunt in how much the charge for sour cream though & as well as all the other add-ons. But you never take it off when someone leaves It Off. That doesn't quite seem right never has. Taco Bell make it right by your employees. Cause i still spend .18 cent for a $5 box...
Read moreWORST TACO BELL IN CHATTANOOGA. I sat in the drive thru for over 10 minutes, well before closing time. No one ever came to the speaker. However, not 2 minutes before I pulled up to the drive thru there were 2 cars that had placed orders and drove around. I decided to leave and as I was driving around I saw through the window, the girl I’m assuming was supposed to be taking orders SCROLLING ON HER PHONE. I left and went down the street to attempt to get dinner elsewhere. Well seeing as how it’s Sunday and 11 pm no where was open. As I was driving back towards the Taco Bell to head home, there was 3 cars in the drive thru and another at the window picking up food! I pulled back in and waiting in the line. As I got to the speaker to order my food, the woman was EXTREMELY rude. I had asked if I could have my order with no lettuce or tomatoes and she continued to interrupt me and tell me to “hang on. stop. hold on a minute.” MULTIPLE TIMES. When I got to the window to pay the rudeness continued as she all but threw my order and drink to me. I have came to this location for a long time and have NEVER experienced service like this. I’d much rather drive to the Dayton Blvd location than to ever go back...
Read moreNot sure if I should choose Dine In or Take Out, we had every intention of eating inside for once. We went and sat down, ordered on the app since all of the workers were too busy complaining about people in the drive-thru to care there was people in the restaurant. Ordered our food, sat and waited, no problem. They call the name, husband walks up to get the food and was told "Hey man, we close the lobby in 4 minutes, you'll have to take that to go" I'm sorry, what? So, had we gotten our food sooner, we would have been eating. Would it have been common practice to come over and tell us we had to take the rest to go? Blew my mind. It would be different if we hadn't already been in there, or they were ACTUALLY closing. There was no one else in the lobby, except a worker curled up at a table, asleep. It wouldn't have hurt for us (or anyone inside BEFORE they closed) to eat their food there. Just kinda rude, IMO. After we got home, our food of course wasn't hot anymore, had sour cream on 2 things that were removed on the app when ordering and missing a taco for my little boy. Just a bad experience, all the way around...
