I was a frequent customer until today. A woman was in the drive thru at the touch screen. When she pulled away, I pulled up. The screen said, Start Another Order? I clicked it. Then it said, Cancel Order? I was confused, but wanting to place my order, and hoping it would clear out the screen, I clicked it. Suddenly, a very rude woman opened the back door and accused me of canceling a steak sandwich order which she had already made. I tried to apologize and explain there was a woman just there in a maroon colored car who had pulled around. The worker then accused me of lying!! I'm like, lady, I just pulled up! I didn't order a sandwich yet! She said there was no woman before me. I told her, apparently she drove off. She wouldn't believe me and kept going on about that steak sandwich! I pulled around to the drive through window hoping to speak to a more rational person, but to no avail. He also asked me to describe the supposed car that had pulled away! I felt like I was in the Twilight Zone. Have these drive through workers never had drive offs before?? Do they accuse every driver behind the ones who leave? I'm usually very chill, but they stirred my inner Karen today. 😂 ZERO stars for their service. If she'd have listened and believed me, I would have just bought that stupid steak sandwich, now I'll never go back.

Don't order online if you don't want to hangout in the store for 15 minutes regardless of how not busy they are. The meter on the app that tells you when the food is ready is not accurate because they don't start to put together your meal until after you get to the restaurant. Also I've had multiple occasions where the employee messes up the order, notifies me, and apologies but refuses to do anything to fix it (seemingly because they don't want to waste the food.) I've waited a long time to write this review because generally I like subway but over half the times I've visited this location I've had service issues.
Long story short: probably the worst service for a restaurant in the area...
Read moreWe constantly order from this restaurant and we are constantly having to go back and get it remade. Once it is remade the sandwich is delicious. But I have filed complaint after complaint and they never care or respond! I am mad cause it is a waste of gas money and it takes forever for us to all be able to eat together. We order about 10-12 subs or more a month. I stated I wanted Italian bread but got her and cheese. I called to complain and ask them to just pay attention to the receipt. I don’t have the time or energy to go back and get it remade. I worked a long day and just want to kick my feet up and eat and relax.
