I've literally never left a Google review on a restaurant before, but after multiple visits i have to say this: 1. the staff seems to knowingly make my order incorrectly. I will see the correct order on the screen through the drive-thru, but get a different result when i get my food. Ingredients are consistently left off, and the ones i ask to SPECIFICALLY be left off are left ON. It's exhaustively subpar service. 2. I understand that each sauce packet costs money. I get it. But if i ask for a specific number of packets because i know how many i would like, please provide them. If i ask for 8 packets of sauce with my six items, please do not give my 5. all you are doing is making me get out of my car and walk into the lobby to get the additional three. and guess what? I grab extra because i assume next time around you'll do the same thing- and so far, i've been proven right. 3. Your staff is extremely rude and unhappy. I don't know if this is a management issue, a pay issue, or what - but i can assure you i've never felt like such a bother to someone in my life. I would rather drive the extra five minutes to the taco bell on shallowford then go here. I eat at taco bell's all over the place and they're all basically the same- except this one. and that's saying a lot. i mean, it's taco bell for christ sake. i'm not excepting 5 star service. but if i am compelled to leave a negative review that's saying a lot. management, there's a lot of room for...
Read moreThis store has always given me bad service whether it be poor execution on making the food or whether it be a sorry attitude when doing literately anything that's in their job description. I simply asked to have the salsa in the doubledilla replaced with the nacho cheese sauce and the CUSTOMER SERVICE (ha, as if) female went to tell me that it can not be done. I went to a different Taco Bell less than 10 miles away earlier that week and they replaced it for me with no questions asked and I told the lady that and she said "Well, they aren't suppose to." However, because I am the customer and she is customer service, I feel like she could have said no issue, but there is an up charge. Just like if I were to go to Chili's or Cheddar's and I want mac n cheese rather than broccoli there are no questions asked but I am told about the up charge and that is okay. Going forward, I will continue to go to a different Taco Bell to receive better service and food even if it's out of my way. If you guys want $15 an hour then you need to work for it. It blows my mind that people want to be lazy and rude and make more than someone who defends our people, saves people's lives, rescues people from fires, and last but not least someone who teaches...
Read moreI've given this location too many chances without complaint. Tonight's events need to be addressed and based on other reviews this appears to be an ongoing issue. The customer service is greatly lacking with the evening shift. Every single time there's been an issue, usually just lack of being polite or a taco isn't prepared like it was ordered which we just deal and go on home. Tonight I didn't receive my full order, and the staff continued to try to explain it away when the proof was in front of them. Ordering $15 worth of food and only receiving $8 of it shouldn't have to be explained, and especially at the lengths I had to. When the customer is having to debate with employees what they ordered and explain the receipt to them there is a major training issue in several areas. It was more important to them to be right than realize they read the order incorrectly. That's with employees telling the on duty manager that it does say I have a combo and the receipt came through weird on their end from the online order. However, since he was adamant I was wrong they were following his lead and not speaking up after that. I submitted this through taco bell's website also, but I put it here as well in hopes something...
