Very rude staff who ended up checking me out. A young girl had unlocked the bracelets and handed me the one I asked for, which I later understood she was not supposed to do. She offered to take it up to the register but I told her I was going up anyways so I could take it. When I approached the register one of the ladies said rudely “You need something or you are ready.” She then saw I had the bracelet and asked if I picked it up or someone got it for me. I explained what happened and she told me “well you could have just walked out the store with it for all I know.” She continued to repeat that i could’ve just walked out with it during the whole transaction, which made me uncomfortable. I almost felt as if I was being accused. I didn’t know If I was in their system so I offered to sign up, she took my info and told me I already was. She then said that next time I come in if I can “remember who I am” my items could be returned. Overall very rude, unpleasant, and unwelcoming especially for the holidays. Shop owner said I am not a good fit as her customer after I spent over $600 there and told me I’m not welcome back and then turned around and said she never said that two seconds later. Even more alarming she said she knows who I am as she has looked me up on Facebook with her other associates… to know random shop workers I don’t know say around looking me up and talking about me makes me so uncomfortable. made me cry and then said she won’t let me return the items she is upset I bought so she clearly liked having the money, but wants me to know she doesn’t like me as a person. This was my first ever interaction with her and she had all that to say.. and she said she’s a Christian too😬 the only reason I shopped there is because a store worker said she was excited to sell to me and they needed these items gone. needless to say furnish farmhouse boutique and many others sell the exact same items, but don’t get in your business and hate on you. The owner of this shop should not be allowed to run a business. She was extremely disrespectful to my wife after asking if we could exchange a couple items. We spent about $1,000 in 2 visits. After asking the question she began to insult my wife telling her she doesn't want her shopping here and that they all have been looking us up, which is very creepy. (we did not give them out info) After her insults she was confronted and then began telling us that she never said that. I WILL NEVER SHOP HERE WHILE SHE OWNS IT!!! I would be lovely to see new ownership over this establishment.

PSA - After you purchase an item it is yours to do what you please with it: display it, shred it, sell it.... it yours. Its nots the shop owners business to stalk your social media and rage on you because she sees you re-selling something that friends and others out of state we looking for to have you purchase and sell to them.
