Decided to try Urban Stack for the first time and believe me when I say this is probably the best burger I have ever had!! It was no wonder they were packed at 3pm on a scorching hot Saturday afternoon. Our waiter Wyatt was great, he knew the menu items very well as we had a ton of questions. He checked on us several times throughout or 30-40 minutes there. We started with the Urban Nachos which were meh, to be honest. That's all I will say about that bc the burgers more than made up for them. I had the Hamburguesa Mamacita with an egg added to it. The burger came out in about 5-10 minutes, just as Wyatt suggested. The burger had avocado, tomatoes, onions, lettuce, jalapeños, and cheese. This beauty required 2 hands to eat and I was able to keep the burger together until the final few bites were it finally fell apart from all the juices. The burger was delicious, everything about it was nearly perfect. I was so full I couldn't even complete my fries even though they were delicious also. For a burger to be this good and under $15 is insane. I would highly recommend them for anyone in the area.

As a parent of a child with Celiac's disease, it is not easy for us to find a place that offers gluten free food options and one that accommodates for gluten allergies. Being that we were on the road traveling home to Northern Illinois from just outside Atlanta, we researched for a gluten free restaurant. When I first saw this restaurant and others reviews, I was excited to try it (since I personally eat gluten free as well). As usual, we inform the waitress of our daughter's condition right away and she brought us a separate gluten free menu (which I thought was great). My daughter wanted to try the black bean burger on a gluten free bun (neither happen to be on the gluten free menu though). I had the waitress double check that the black bean burger was gluten free and we were informed that it was. We were all excited to try their unique gluten free and vegan options. Not gonna lie, I really enjoyed my food, but what happened after we left was a huge learning experience and I'm highly disappointed with how it was handled. About an hour or so after we left, my daughter started having an allergic reaction, which for her is throwing up until her body has rejected all of the gluten out of her system. We have been dealing with her disease for 4 years now and are very careful about everything she ingests. The very few times that she accidentally ingested gluten, her reaction is the same every time (and traumatizing for her being that she's only 7). She ended up throwing up continuously for an hour in the car, requiring us to pull off several times to clean up and really inconveniencing our time on our 16 hour drive home that day. After speaking to the general manager, I was not happy with how it was handled. I basically felt like I was being accused of giving her something she shouldn't have and of course, they denied any wrong doing. One of the first things I asked was why our gluten free buns didn't have a special toothpick or something to mark that it is not a regular bun. I was told that they just know which is which because they look different. Well, how am I supposed to know that I was served the right thing though? I did happen to take pictures of our meal (being excited to eat it)...can you tell by just looking that our buns are gluten free? I know I can't. If they don't mark their allergy plates, then I doubt they handled her food properly either to avoid cross contamination. The manager kept asking me if she ate anything else and I told him exactly what she had and here's the proof. No she did not have the ketchup provided either (which is not gluten free). I was also told that it's too bad I don't live closer otherwise they'd offer us a chance to come back. First, I wouldn't want to come back after what happened to my daughter cause I don't trust your kitchen. Second, you still could have offered us something else for our inconvenience since we were just travelling through. Needless to say, if you have Celiac's or a gluten allergy, DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE.

Husband wanted a good burger on our trip from Kentucky to Florida. Found this place on here, and while it was literally downtown Chattanooga (I didn’t think about how far off the route it was...) it was SERIOUSLY worth it. So what had happened was...Ordered a bacon cheeseburger, medium with lettuce. Husband got same but well done on a bun. Unfortunately ended up with the same burger as the husbando, but I’m not not a complainer so I wasn’t going to say anything. Well, the waiter guy (Tristan!) was super observant and noticed I didn’t have my lettuce bun. I admitted it was also well done, and he was so upset! I told him it was ok, but the manager came out and sincerely apologized a lot and offered me a shake to which I had to oblige since it sounded pretty delicious. Already had a nice experience, the service made it 10 million times better if that was possible. Kudos Urban Stack. You guys are the best. Totally stopping again next time we come through!! ❤️

First impressions are important, and let me tell you, Urban Stack does them exceedingly well. From the atmosphere to the food, everything was on point. The place was so packed at 2pm on a Saturday that service is a tad slow, but trust me, once you get your food that won't matter. The burger was fresh, ingredients were fresh, fries were fantastic, and the first whiskey I chose to go alongside it was an obscure but tasteful Canadian Cabot Maple. The bartender, Tory(sp?), was very knowledgeable and did his best to give advice on selection despite how busy the restaurant was. I would definitely recommend this place as a fantastic burger and whiskey bar for anyone, and families were also sat in the dining area so it's good for the kids. The old school bar ladder was a nice vintage touch, as the building is old and they've kept some industrial decor to go with it.

Oh....my God. I can't express how amazing the food was. We had BBQ wings and fried pickles/green tomatoes as an appetizer. THOSE FRIED PICKLES ARE BOMB! I have a pork allergy, and they made sure my & my daughters food was kept away from any bacon grease. The mango kale salad was AMAZING! The whiskey smash....so refreshing. Didn't get a pic of my burger, but it's in the top 3 best burgers I've ever had in my life... and im in my 30s. Bonus points... there's an awesome despensery next door. The food is phenomenal sober, but I can only imagine having the munchies and eating here. All that aside...the cherry on top was the service from staff. They were so kind and caring. They were super understanding of our food allergies. The buns were gluten-free as well. I can't brag about this place enough! And as far as price goes....it was more than worth every penny.

We were passing through Chattanooga and wanted something good to eat and stumble upon this place. The service was great, the wait staff was attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. No need to flag anyone down as they were on top of our request. The margaritas were awesome and the burgers were great! I had the Asian Q with Sweet Potato fries 👍🏾👍🏾 and girlfriend had the Southwest Veggie burger. They were both great. The only thing I would add would be softer buns or more sauce to help collapse the bun more when eating. The buns were a little on the thick side but other than that everything was great! Cost wise, we spend about $60 for the food, drinks and tip for what we ordered. You could spend less depending on your menu options. Not bad for great food and service! We will definitely come back for more! Follow me @MrBrandoATL for more!
