Our 1st time here. From the jump we were very impressed. The building itself, is very relaxing & nice. Low lighting but not so low that it's "dark" like many places with low lighting. The music was of very good choice. Classic rock. Can't go wrong there. Seating was awesome. Huge booths and nice size area. The bar area was nice and spacious as well. I didn't get a picture of my drink, but trust me. They know, how to make a margarita!! Excellent! The pizza was absolutely amazing. We ordered the garlic knots as starters. They are the best I have ever had as well as my husband. He's from PA & has had an extremely hard time finding quality knots & pizza. We know, we don't have to look any further. Especially with the pizzas. I ordered the BBQ Chicken and he ordered the Super Hero. Both were the Neapolitian style. Please....know they were both way better than I can ever describe. Mine had fresh cilantro sprinkled on it. At 1st I didn't think I'd like it but it really put it over the top. Chance, our waiter. Was simply the best!!! He was very attentive but wasn't overbearing as some waiters or waitresses are or can be. He took very good care of us. When he offered dips, I ask what he suggested for mine. He stated he loved Ranch. So I took another chance and low & behold. Again, amazing. It wasn't overly crowded, very laid back place. Loved the way we could look out and see the street and hustle bustle. I'm originally from Chattanooga but left for many years. It's good, to be back home & be able to still feel at home.
We will definitely be back. We have found our home, for pizza!!! Thank you for being the pie for this community πππ you guys ROCK!!! We will see you again, very soon!

Edit for 2nd visit π we ordered the same as last time except added the adult cheese sticks to our order. They are AMAZING. I don't think this place will have anything, that isn't amazing. Nick was our waiter this time. He was so nice, so helpful in helping us decide on the cheese sticks. He was prompt. Courteous. Kind. He made our lunch even more enjoyable as part of our visit. You never know who you'll see when you're there lol Mayor Kelly came in for a salad and slice of pizza. Shocked my husband as he works for the city lol π we didn't bother Mr Kelly but it was cool seeing him there among the locals π
Grabbed a few more pics too so I could show the cheese sticks and yes....my drink...
Β Β Β Read moreFood was really good, management was not great. The brought out the wrong food and after it was sitting at our table for a while they took it back and served it elsewhere. There was a table of 10, with over half kids. The audacity to serve a pizza to other customers is pretty high, do you really want someone to get food thatβs been breathed on and potentially touched but guests. Iβm fairly sure that is a health code violation.
Then when I went to pay the bill they added the extra food (that was brought to us my mistake and taken away) on the bill. I asked them to correct it and they brought it back uncorrected and insisted I pay that one, even though it clearly had extra food we didnβt eat. This was not our servers fault either, we saw the manager instruct the server on the computer when he was printing the bill. It took 3 checks to get our bill right.
There was an apology from their server but that manager seemed inconvenienced. Mistakes happen all the time at restaurants, I get it I used to work in the industry. Good managers own up to their mistakes. For example the week before I went out to eat and my party was waiting for 20 mins before a server even acknowledged us, so the manager came out apologized and offered us a free app and dessert. Good management owns up to mistakes, and does not serve food brought out on mistake to other patrons, nor appear inconvenienced and fail to apologize when they continue to make even more mistakes. Really canβt believe at best after already screwing up 2x they didnβt check the bill, and at worst wanted us to pay for food we didnβt order or eat.
Your food is great, train management to live up to that. Try to make repeat customers, not a headache for patrons.
Also atmosphere was great, kids loved that you could see the...
