Ordered from here plenty of times. The first time I received the wrong protein, I didn’t say anything. Today I received the wrong protein again, and while I handled the payment portion through Uber Eats, I called to let them know this is the second time would appreciate them being more careful as others, like myself, exclude certain proteins from their diet. After this call, I was ready to forgive and give them another chance in the future. However five minutes later I received a call being told I didn’t pick a protein and they “defaulted” to beef. I told her my receipt says chicken, and even advised maybe the system could be sending incorrect information over but she wouldn’t hear of it. I expected her to be more understanding and thought that call was unprofessional and now lost them a customer. So here I am letting others know you might get the protein you choose. I tried to order 4 tacos and 4 pupusas unfortunately now they have a $30 minimum if you are out of chelsea. They acted as if its always been that way but when I stated, I've ordered there for years and never been told that, she admitted that gas way too expensive. I ask to speak to a manager she put me on hold and came back to say sorry but that's the way it is. The manager never came on the phone to address the situation. I ordered here for my daughter and I on lazy days, when I don't wanna cook or when I'm at work for lunch. 4 tacos and 4 pupusas don't reach the $30 minimum so unfortunately, I'll have to go somewhere else. Also they should have someone whom can speak English when aswering the phone! I had to wait while she went to find what seems at times like a costumer to pick up the phone. Asada tacos where nice an tender with good seasoning. Salsa verde provided gave it a nice kick. Tortillas where not hard to bite into. Pollo tacos meat is nice and soft good seasoning as well, when you take a bite it melts in your mouth. Tacos are double tortilla... as they should be. Comes with salsa verde, cilantro, onion and radish standard. Some dam good tacos for $3.50 each! Definitely our new spot! I'm looking foward to trying more...
