Thank you for the weirdest experience of my life today. I’ve been eating here since it opened, I found the prices to be decent and the location was convenient. The last time I went was 3 weeks ago, I decided to drop by today, only to be told by the woman owner to leave . She came up to me in the line and told me “I caused a lot of trouble and I need to leave immediately.” I thought this was a joke about how often I come for lunch, or a joke about how I hadn’t been around as usual . So I cracked a smile and waited for the punchline . I asked if the woman was serious and why. She didn’t answer and continued saying I needed to leave now. My mom was upset when I told her and called the store to ask her why I was kicked out today . She told my mom that “I knew why.” And that I had caused serious problems between her and her husband, and that I was banned from coming back. Then she hung up on my mom.
The last time I was there I simply asked if they were a married couple because I saw them both there all the time . I figured they were married because they also always sit together . I was simply being friendly and making conversation . She didn’t seemed bothered about it at the time and even continued the conversation of how they met as she rang my food up. Nothing went Awry.
Anyway, I would love an actual response and explanation of how that caused any form of issues . If being a married set of owners is too much for the public eye, why bother opening a restaurant and running it as a...
Read moreWould love to give zero stars. this place was AWFUL! I placed an order to pick up 2 pizzas, 2 sub, ceasar salad and dessert. We were visiting and were about 30 mins away from the Primos. We went to pick it up and the lady with very broken English repeated the order. All was correct total was ~$86 we left a $10 tip and headed back to house. Got back and it was ALL wrong. we got pasta, the wrong pizza, a garden salad, cheese bread and no dessert. I immediately called because were feeding 10 people and now had 1 cheese pizza to try to feed everyone. I immediately asked for the manager who spoke even less understandable english who told me to drive back and he would fix the issue. I explained where I was and that was unacceptable I wanted a refund for everything but the cheese pizza because no one would eat anything else. He assured me that it would be taken care of said he had the information and would take care of it. I then contacted my credit card company who aaid they couldnt do anything until the charge hit my account. I call the store back and the manger said he credited back the charge and I should see anything. When i got my statement the charge was there. I disputed it and still have resolved the issue. Read moreThis is the 3rd occasion I have ordered Chicken Alfredo and found hair in my food. And it is NOT my hair (I have blonde hair, this is short jet black hair). The first 2 times, I was disgusted, but overlooked the issue because their food is very good and I wanted to give them a chance. But 3rd time is it! Their food is already pretty expensive, so I've basically wasted close to $60 on food I can't even stomach to eat. Everytime I have ever ordered, the cooks are not wearing hair nets, and the service is very "I'll get to you when I get to you". I have picked up through the drive thru a couple of times and both times the employees were more worried about their day-to-day conversation than helping me out... I know this because they keep the window open and just go about talking and cutting up instead of helping the customer.
Overall, food is very good and I hate to be this person to leave a bad review, but maybe that's what it will take for some major changes. You shouldn't have to worry about finding someone else's hair in your food everytime you order...
