Fresca Pizza — Restaurant in Cheltenham Township

On 4/13/2025 at 5:25 pm, my family and I went to Fresca Pizza for dinner after my daughter's tennis match. When we arrived, I went to the counter to place our food order. My husband wanted a cheese steak sub with mushrooms, lettuce, onions, tomato and mustard. My daughter wanted a bacon cheeseburger with just lettuce, cheese, bacon and mayonnaise. I wanted to get a steak sub with lettuce, tomatoes, onions, hot peppers and mayonnaise. There was also 2 order of French fries with Old Bay. This was also a eat-in order and they made it as a carry-out. The male employee who was taking the order was arguing with me about my order and that they don't have subs only hoagies. A hoagie roll and sub roll are the EXACT same thing. He also said that they don't have steak. If they didn't have steak, why did my husband get a CHEESE STEAK. Also, there was another employee at the counter, who instead of working was more interested in wearing headphones and being on her computer/tablet. She told the male employee that she wanted his cell phone since he was on it and wasn't supposed to be BUT it was perfectly fine for her to be on her device. I didn't get my steak sub EVEN though, it was listed on their board as you walk in and listed in their carry-out menu. The EXCUSE given was that the board wasn't updated. I found this to be a LIE since I have gotten steak subs from there in the past. Neither employee acted in a professional manner to me. Also, my husband's sub was not correctly prepared and when they were advised of the issue, instead of correcting it, they ignored it. I will not be patronizing this establishment again. 9/2025 updated review- Food has no flavor at all. Do ya’ll even try to season the food? Everything I order is a miss. Pizza used to be good but the last few orders have not.

Ordered $50 worth of food for delivery and tipped the driver 15%. The delivery was fast but two 2 liters of soda were missing. I had wished I did not prepay with my card. Called the store and was told the driver would come back. In defense of the delivery man the soda was not on the paper receipt but I was charged for it when I ordered online. He did return quick w and was apologetic which I appreciated. The Sicilian wrap platter I ordered was disappointing. The wrap was wet and soggy and the fries were dried out and looked like cardboard. For as long as this establishment has been open it seems they can never get the fries right. Now their pizza is delicious! I ordered a Bruschetta pizza and that along with the delivery man returning quickly is what made me give 3 stars. I will order pizza again in the future but not sure about...

Ordered through Grubhub. Few minutes later I was notified by email through Grubhub that my card was charged an additional 4 dollars for "Charge due to order change". I didn't change my order, nor ask for any additional upgrades that I didn't already pay for.

I called them up and asked why I was charged and was told that Grubhub hasnt updated their prices so the restaurant will adjust it after orders have been placed and paid for. When I asked why wasn't I called before authorizing additional charges, I was rudely told "we don't call customers."

So, not sure if the staff knows but that's fraud.
