They dnt even deserve the start I gave them but it didn’t allow me to rate zero stars but that’s what I wanted to rate them . The representative was very nonchalant to the problems I had with my delivery ! My furniture was scheduled to be delivered on a Monday between 12-4 . I reached out to the store at close to 5 to see when the delivery would take place due to the fact I was outside the window with NO communication on their end . She informed me that there was no way she could contact the delivery men and that I would have to wait to be contacted . The delivery guy call me at almost 10pm . He then called back and said the truck was too big to get up my street and that I had to contact the store to reschedule. Once I contacted the representative that I originally worked with she didn’t seem at all concerned and gave me a customer service number that no one answered ! Three days of me calling up to the store asking the representative to please reach out I was able to get a new delivery date . Once my furniture was delivered they didn’t assemble it due to covid . Once someone I paid was able to put the bed together we discovered that the parts were broken and missing !!! I then reached out to the representative again at which she said I had to reach out to the horrible customer service yet again . This took also took several days because she gave me the wrong email address . I had to contact several other home gallery stores and was able to talk to someone that gave me the correct email . They gave me a date to deliver new parts but then called and said the new parts that came in was also damaged . This is a month after me purchasing my bedroom set and I still have yet to receive my parts . I have been reaching out to customer service via email with no luck . Home gallery is very unprofessional and I would not recommend purchasing anything...
   Read moreThe manager is rude and I will never go back in this store!! I went in to buy a bedroom set and couch set. I was told by the staff that assisted me that the pillows on the couch were included in the purchase. After settling on both sets I was told the couch set wasn’t in stock but I could get the floor sample. I asked if I could get something off being as though it was the floor sample that everyone has already touched and sat on. The staff asked the manager and he said no I cannot get anything off the price. I was told I could talk to the manager myself but just be aware “he’s a prick”, which was stated by the employee who assisted me. I talked to the manager and informed him I was interested in both a bedroom set and living room set but the living room set is not in stock. I asked if I could get something off because it is the floor sample. He said he can throw in the pillows but he can’t take anything off. I explained your employee already informed me the pillows were included. He said the pillows were not even on the couch a half hr ago. I explained I didn’t come in a half hr ago and when I asked about the sofa set I was told the pillows were included. The manager stated “there are a million people that would pay $899 for that set” and he is not taking anything off for the floor sample. I explained I do not want the pillows and again asked if he could come down on the price of the floor sample. The manager said “I’m trying not to argue with you”. I immediately told him I’m not buying anything from this store and left. I felt belittled and disrespected! How can a manager talk to a customer in the tone! I was there to spend money and I never raised my voice and that’s how I was treated. I will never go back...

Wasnt told the monthly price. & was aldo told we need the warranty, we were to purchase it on 1st & furniture was delivered before. We PAID the fee & still didnt get copy of WARRANTY. We read everything & REALIZED it was processed through an expensive LEASING CO.. PYMNTS , VERY HIGH When we contacted the THE store , they dont except returns, so we contacted the loan co. Was told to DONATE THE SET & SEND RECEIPT TO THEM(nonprofit) . We then contacted & left msgs for operation mgr Tim, to get warranty money back as it was a 5yr warranty & we no longer had the furniture, dont need it.. Not even 3 wks, had passed, many msgs left. Mr Tim has NOT RETURNED MY CALLS. I WILL BE CONTACTING THE BBB, & CHANNEL 6 OR 10 TO VISIT THEM REGARDING RETURNING OUR 200.00 FOR A WARRANTY, WE DONT NEED.PLUS an Atty informed me that the warranty PYMNTS should be Monthly, as the furniture was a LEASE FOR 3 MO.. THEN OWN, AT VERY HIGH MONTHLY lease PRICE.after 3 mos price monthly price doubles. This is a TOTAL RIP OFF & TIM IS NOT CAREING ABOUT CUSTOMERS. FURNITURE IS NICE LOOKING, however. This financing is like a* PAY DAY LOAN*. They won't tell you this up front. Tim is trying to ROB the wrong person I will even start a PICKET GROUP, If necessary, certainly going on twitter & other. As i'm sure its happened to others! I have bought beautiful bedroom furniture in the past, when store was in Cederbrook mall. I will never use his store again. P BUYER BEWARE.! CARRIE IS VERY NICE & SO IS THE WAREHOUSE PERSON. PEOPLE, READ, READ READ...! Dont let yourself get ripped off WITH PAY DAY...
