The Thompson BMW detail center. Had 2x to make the correct quality workmanship. On the 4x door moldings on my SUV. So they won't get a 3x chance to mess me around, on their previous 2x poor workmanship, on my SUV's 4x door moldings. What's more, the detail center manager assured me. That his personnel could do the door moldings work. And he looked @ my new after market BMW door moldings, in my presence. So he clearly knew what my moldings entailed, with their own adhesive. Before he agreed to do the workmanship. What a nightmare, experience this has turned into, for me. Thompson BMW detail center, or their detail center, left my car out for 1x or 2x nights, and rain water seeped into the poorly non-stuck gap areas between my SUV's surface, finish and some of my door moldings poorly adhesive areas. So not only won't I ever patronized the Thompson BMW detail center, ever again; I won't ever patronize, the Thompson BMW dealership, ever again period. And I had been a loyal customer of theirs since circa 2017. Now I'm out of the cost of my new door moldings, and the cost of the botched Thompson BMW detail center, and or service advisory blunders, on my SUV door moldings workmanship. Not to mention it's going to cost me some money, to correct this nightmare experience on my Beemer. And no I don't recommend the Thompson BMW dealership, or their detail center, period 😠💯‼️P.S. They are professional and respect their advertisement.

It was a sale on suit pieces. The advertisement said , if you buy the jacket you get the pants half off(pants half off😂😉) or free or something like that on select suites.

So i find a suit, i take it to ring out. But the guy charges the ticket price. So I pointed out to him that thats not what the rack is saying he asked where I got it from? So I showed him the supervisor overheard and just as graciously said. No problem I will honor what it says. He politely called out to one of his sales associates and asked if he could retrieve the correct ad that should be there. He was so nice about it. I didn't make a scene , he didn't make a scene, try to talk me out of noticing the discrepancy. If you weren't near us you couldn't tell what was going on. THATS how professional they are
