McDonald's — Restaurant in Cheraw

On June 6, 2025, 1:58 AM KS number 13 side one order number 50 I went through the drive-through and ordered two cheeseburgers meals large so that makes a total of four cheeseburgers with extra pickles two large fries two large cokes. My total was close to $25. I was asked to pull around to the front to wait on my food. She brings the food out the fries have no salt and the service was very rude. The lady working at the window, where they take money and give your receipts. She was very rude. She was rude on the intercom as well. Whenever we were replacing our order she said. Huh rudely then we get to the window to pick up our food and like I said we were asked to pull around to the front. She brings our food out. The fries have no salt so we pull back through the drive-through. This lady tells me that she cannot give me salt or ketchup That I would have to pay for it extra and then she said because I did not order chicken nuggets that I could not get any ketchup or salt every time I come to this McDonald’s they have a sorry attitude. I don’t understand why these people work there if they hate it so bad but I’ll be damned if I’m gonna sit there and be disrespected now I know good and well $25 for those two meals is very expensiveSo it’s bullshit that she would not give me salt or ketchup be in mind. I didn’t ask them to hold the salt on my fries. I ordered the food as it was and she’s gonna tell me that they’d have to charge me for salt and ketchup and because I didn’t order chicken nuggets, I don’t know what kind of workers the cheraw location has But they’re giving very much drug addict behavior. If you don’t like your job then stay home and don’t do it but stop mistreating customers. I’m very disappointed and I want a full refund because...

Last Friday I went through the drive thru and purchased a 2 Cheeseburger ( plain burgers) combo with a Dr. Pepper ×tra ice and Dollar sweet Tea Extra ice. After waiting forever the girl at the 1st window opened the window cussing about another employee. Lady at the 2nd window asks me to pull up to wait and hand me my drinks. With barely any ice . I asked for more ice ,and was told it was not ordered that way . I had my receipt showing I did. I asked the girl at the 2nd window for a cup of ice. She said fine pull up . After waiting for my food she brings me a child's cup with literally 8 pcs of ice in it. Got home both burgers were regular . Today order a tea xtra ice SAME 2 GIRLS asked for my order again at 1st window took my money ,no receipt, slammed the window. Greeted at the 2nd window with WHAT DID YOU ORDER. Told her Tea xtra ice. Relieved a Tea with NO ICE . Asked for ice was give a cup half full of ice ??? What in the world ? When is is ok to cuss at or in front of a customer? Is the ice maker broken ? If so...

If I could give less than one star I would this place is horrible. I ordered off the app thinking they can read they can't mess this up and boy was I wrong. When I got there they were telling every car to pull to the front door trying to cheat the clock and had 4 cars pulled up front which blocked the driveway then they couldn't remember what car ordered what do the lady is running from car to car taking items from one car and giving to the other and yelling at customers that told her they already told her multiple times what they ordered and to top it all off mine and my wife's burgers were raw with just a little sear on the outside which I couldn't tell at first because we were driving at night until I wondered why it was so soggy and turned the light on, I hope I don't get sick from eating half of a raw burger. I swear McDonald's must not drug...
