I am very disappointed with the lack of customer service at this location recently. I know things have been hard for everyone during the pandemic, but it’s no excuse for the rude behavior from the staff here, especially when I have been nothing but kind to them over the years. This has only been a problem recently.
Tonight upon ordering a drink on my app, I went into the drive thru line to pick it up. I knew the drink wasn’t going to be ready immediately but figured I could wait in line while they made it. Upon getting to the window, the barista made a rude and unnecessary comment that I can’t get in line right after ordering and I need to wait several minutes like the app says. This comment really took me by surprise. 1) My drink was actually ready by the time I got to the window. 2) Yes I know I ordered two minutes before I got in the drive thru line, but I didn’t think it was a big deal because there was NOBODY in line in front of me or behind me. And 3) I am a patient person and told her I didn’t mind waiting for my drink. I just found the comment completely unnecessary and rude. I have have been very kind to the baristas at this location and have been visiting this Starbucks for a few years. Also I have had multiple drinks made incorrectly here and I brushed it over. But I’m not going to keep coming to this location if the baristas are going to be rude too. Not worth my money if the drinks are wrong and the service is poor.
I also witnessed the baristas talking poorly about a customer at this same location a few weeks ago. I went inside this Starbucks to pick up a drink. While waiting, I overhead three baristas talking badly about a customer that was waiting in the drive thru line. When they realized I could hear them, one of them turned to me and said “don’t worry, we aren’t talking about you but about the lady in the drive thru.” I know employees need to vent to each other, but I just found it awkward and unprofessional to do in front of me, another customer.

Read moreI must say other than the fact that this Starbucks rivals my patience sometimes with the inconsistent freshness of the cookie that they take out of the package that is usually dated old or the bread from the croissant toasted or the tomato mozzarella bread toasted, which is stale or dry. They also have an issue taking a $50 bill at 8 o’clock in the morning for order that is approximately $20. This literally makes no sense. They have no policy written anywhere about the fact that they don’t except $50 bills but they seem to know that they will not or should not or cannot except $50 bills and they will make multiple excuses for this reason. I don’t understand how Starbucks can create an environment like this $50 is US currency it should be accepted. It is not your customer’s fault that you have a security issue or you don’t know how to identify a fake $50 bill or not if that is even the reason for not accepting the $50 because I’m not Sure but what I am sure is your multimillion dollar business and if a customer comes there to place an order and wants to pay with US currency they should be allowed to this is the Starbucks on Route 70 in Cherry Hill, New So I’ll be continuing my day without my cup of coffee after waiting in a long line on a drive-through, I’m not sure how many of you’ve been here before but I’m pretty sure someone out there understands my frustration so rather than do nothing about it. Read moreI ABSOLUTELY HATE THIS STARBUCKS. My coworker went to this Starbucks and placed an order for 3 coffees and 2 VENTI WHITE CHOCOLATE MOCHA FRAPPUCCINOS 1 w/whip 1 w/o. My coworker told the barista 4 times what they were, they were even written down on a piece of paper and they STILL SCREWED UP THE WHITE CHOC. MOCHA FRAPPS. They gave her 2 WHITE CHOC. FRAPPS W/ NO COFFEE. and on top of that they refused to take her order for the coffees because they wouldn't break her $100 BILL! So she came back to the office with 2 Venti Wh. Choc. Frapps & 2 coffees. I proceeded to take the Frapps along with the receipts and went to STARBUCKS MYSELF!!! I went there AND THEY STILL SCREWED THE VENTI WH. CHOC. FRAPPS FOR THE 5TH TIME. THE BARISTA GAVE ME 2 MOCHA FRAPPS INSTEAD! And apparently they don't serve Dark Roast after 11, so I had to get my coworker a Med. Roast. WE WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN!
