The Rt 70 Cherry Hill, NJ location has the best tasting food and friendliest staff of all the South Jersey Chipolte locations. When I found out that they had many menu options that were both gluten and dairy free, I decided to do a taste test.The burrito bowls are my favorites: juiciest roast beef or pork ever or perfectly seasoned tender chunks of chicken breast/ rices/beans/various veggies/homemade tortilla chips/etc.ALL of the foods are cooked onsite, in view & served fresh daily. The delicious taste is so addictive. I buy 1 to 3 different meals every week. The convenience of ordering online after work & picking up my order at the m drive thru window omw home is awesome! I have eaten inside b4 & received excellent service & food in a very clean friendly environment. Doordash has even delivered the same delicious meals to my home. Chipotle is my favorite restaurant . The last time they got my order wrong, it had the wrong beans, no fajita veggies, and no queso as I ordered..and you pay extra for queso. I came back and told them. The managers reply was that I started eating it so it is what it is. It wasn't even a quarter eaten. Not even a sorry! I also tried to call first to work it out on several occasion. They just let the phone ring, they don't answer. I know this because I'd called before. Horrible manager at this location.
Update a year later, they still suck. Entire order wrong and missing items via door dash this time. Ordered chips and queso, got no chips, ordered fajita on my burrito bowl, no fajita...no rice. Ordered 3 tacos, 1 had no meat in it. Called to complain, no one ever aswered the phone. This store is and has been horrible. Ordered two bowls that were made by two different people first girl, she did alright on the chicken bowl. The male employee makes the second bowl, takes a small scoop, shakes some chicken off and puts a half a scoop of chicken on my bowl. I ask for a bit more he’s like no; that it was a full portion of chicken and if he puts more, he’s gonna charge me extra. I explain the situation to the manager at checkout and essentially he says “I don’t know what else to tell you I can’t do anything about it.” So I ask can they just have someone else remake the bowl and they proceed to tell me to go to the back of the line.
