Dunkin' — Restaurant in Cherry Hill Township

Worst service ever. When I gave my order the girl was talking on her cell phone with the speaker phone on. She expected me to speak over whoever she was talking to. I went ahead and gave her my order and went to the restroom. I checked my receipt and saw she didn't charge me for oatmilk. I indicated to the woman behind the counter that my drink was made incorrectly, I had asked for oatmilk and could they please remake it. She refused telling me, "sorry your drink is already made." This not a bad dunk, it was just they had mostly kids working. You need to have someone at least mid-twenties, or mature younger kids. They was mostly goofin off, not too worried about me or making what I ordered when they finally did take my order. Not trying to bash on the kids, I understand it probably most of their first jobs, but the owner or supervisor needs to make sure a good leader is in charge after hours I suppose. So not sure if this is the same Dunkin' I ordered from Doordash but they had been good up until we placed an order on 6/16 @ 7:30 pm. We ordered two iced drinks 1 muffin and a small order of munchkins. What was dropped off were no drinks (which is the main reason we ordered) no muffin, a small order of munchkins and 6 donuts 4 of which were strawberry which we don't like, all of which were stale.
