Placed a mobile order as I usually do for this location since it opened. Tbh I’ve probably been here roughly 10 times since it opened 2ish years ago, Taco Bell isn’t my go to. Tonight I got finished after working over 15 hours and needed something easy to eat and ordered what sounded good, and my brother at home was hungry. Got to the location and sat in the drive thru for about 15 mins behind a single car. I then called the store just to see what’s going on, while talking to the manager Muhammad(who was nice and listened to me complain) I hear in the background from another female employee “is that [my name]? That b** can wait”. I loudly tell Muhammad how inappropriate that is and then after a minute I pull up to the window to speak with them face to face. I ask for the manager and speak to Muhammad who does apologize and then one of the cooks, Danny comes up who was also very nice and understanding, and they both hear me out. I appreciate their understanding and trying to diffuse the situation but that is still not an appropriate thing for that employee to be saying within ear shot of customers. I work in customer service myself and have for over 10 years. I say plenty about my customers too but I am damn sure that they don’t hear it or if I want them to hear it then I will absolutely come up to face them when they confront me about it which this person did not, and I heard her in the back say “no” she would not. In the end I ended up cancelling my $30+ order for me and my brother because I didn’t trust my food to be made correctly or sanitarily. Also the only reason I order tonight was because last time I ordered a couple weeks ago they didn’t include about $10 worth of my order and I had a discount code to make up for it. I understand the labor shortage and I am sympathetic to that but imo this is not acceptable and this location seems to be...
Read moreI am in disbelief. I’m crushed to leave this review. This place has been the paradigm of great fast food until today. I have made it a point to take the time to complement the staff every time I’ve come here. The restaurant is super clean, the food is hot and prepared with care, and everything is impeccably clean! The trash cans are never full, if something is dropped it is instantly wiped up. The tables are clean. The floor is clean. The workers take total pride in their jobs! They are pleasant! They have ambition to advance in the food industry. ALL OF THAT CHANGED TONIGHT! Ms. “T” wasn’t there and it showed! Dropped food left on the floor in the kitchen, every table dirty, staff ignoring me when I came in. Cold food. I took a refund and walked out. I left my phone number for Ms. T, since she wasn’t in and won’t be in for a few days… I hope she calls and or sees this. I would never come back to this place after today, and that’s a huge shame compared to what I’ve come to enjoy and respect from this location...
Read moreFirst off this has been the best Taco Bell I’ve been to since they opened however I’m making this 5* review/PSA after my order was mixed up tonight. It seemed like things were a little hectic and my mobile order got mixed up with the person behind me and as one would be I was a bit upset, especially when I circled back, but when the girl that took my order brought my stuff out and apologized and in a way told me emotions got the better of her and it got mixed up I felt the need to write something. She could have just given me my stuff gave a half hearted “sorry about that” and turned around but this little touch of “hey I’m human” set her apart and made this one of the best customer service encounters I could have asked for and I think more people should take the mistakes happen into account in a situation like this because she probably expected to get yelled at by a stranger for a simple mistake…this Taco Bell is still the fav and thank you for coming...
