Staff is insanely rude for no reason. All she needed to do was reconfirm that what she took down was correct and it would’ve been no issue. Instead for some reason she takes it personally and starts getting upset with me. I didn’t do anything to you except give you my order.
Why are you asking me to start the order if you’re?; A. Not ready to take the order B. Not listening to the order
In what world is the appropriate response to possibly mishearing a customer, to begin yelling at them like it’s their fault.
First, please learn how to listen and then learn how to regulate your emotions. I’m the last person to ever tell you that the customer is always right, but you’re actively creating problems where there are none because you’re a hothead and possibly other reasons that I wont get into at this time. Read moreI had bought a small latte from this location this morning and asked for it without sugar or flavoring. The drink when I took it into work was syrupy and flavored. I took it back on the way home and asked for a replacement. The guy who was at the drive thru window was rude, unhelpful and started his response asking if I really bought it from this location and told me to come back the next day because his manager wasn’t there. I asked for the manager’s name and contact number and the person laughed at me saying that was private and refused to give me the location phone. I asked the associate for his name to place a complaint and he mocked and laughed at me along with another girl and refused to give me a name saying that was private and that I could go ahead and contact corporate because this was a franchise and continued laughing and mocking asking if I just was trying to get a “free coffee”. He finally told me his name was RON. This is hands down THE WORST customer service I’ve ever experienced anywhere. Despite me repeatedly asking the two drive thru window associates if this was how they treated their customers they didn’t care and were extremely rude. Management at this Dunkin Donuts, this is unacceptable behavior by your employees to anybody, let alone a regular customer at your store. This person RON is extremely inappropriate and uncouth, RON needs a lot of training- he is a reputational risk to your store and a disgrace. Very disappointed...

I saw a homeless person as I was paying I then proceeded to ask the clerk if they can please Add a coffee and another doughnut for me to give to the homeless person at the end of the driveway... It clicked behind the register was very nice and filled the order.. However my experience after that with The young Caucasian lady was very unsettling She proceed to tell me that I was not allowed to pay for another order at the drive-through after I have already placed mine The clerk Behind the register tried to explain but she wasn't trying to hear his explanation..
