Been ordering chicken pastina soup make sure you tell the server to get the Pasadena at the bottom of the container because I had more broth and vegetables and I had pastina when the head person said oh must be at the bottom of the think well your server should know how to serve the soup from the money you charge
Went to your store yesterday and I ordered the pastina soup cuz I didn't know if they were still doing it there since I know it's been a while you only stuck it over when I got the suit it was all dropped all celery carrots and very little Pasadena but a lot of chicken. It's a good thing I ordered a steak sandwich. I went to the counter and I said to the lady I didn't have very much pastina in the soup you need to do something about that and she said oh it must be all laying at the bottom of the container and I said well you need to tell the person that dishes out the suit people just don't want broth and vegetables and chicken they're ordering chicken pastina for a reason they need to Stir It Up or they need to get a spoon with the holes in it and get some of the pastina out so a lot of men came in from I guess their workers or whatever. And I heard the one guy say he ordered the chicken pastina soup I said listen you better go and check it before you start to eat it because I had hardly anything and they're not doing nothing about it so when he got his bowl he said thank you for telling me yes there is pastina in there I said well at least somebody got the benefit of me...
Read moreAs a long term customer of over 15 years I can honestly say the newer owners have the worst attitude and the staff have the worst customer service mentality. Recently placed an order over the phone and clearly stated we wanted to eat in the restaurant when we arrived. When we got there the order was wrong. When my husband inquired about the food being hot while they fixed the order, two people literally verbally abused him and screamed at him that they don’t do food for call in orders. Meanwhile they had plenty of pick up orders so what’s the difference? These people see us on average of once a week and still treated us like we were unconvincing them by eating in. Another time when my husband was there, they charged him one dollar for mayonnaise and an additional dollar for raw onions on an Italian hoagie which made the total over $15 when these are usually standard toppings. Other times we have been there at 8 when they close at 9 while we ate they would clean and start closing the restaurant down around us, rushing us to eat our food. Read moreVito's is normally our go-to for pizza. I was very disappointed with our food this time. The pizza and onion rings arrived cold, even though we live about two miles away. We ordered two large pizzas: one with extra cheese and half pepperoni and one with the works but half with the onions and peppers and the other half just meat. Clearly the pizza was hot when it was boxed, because all the cheese and pepperoni slid to the one side of the half pepperoni half cheese pizza. Who knows what happened in the delivery guy's car. On the "the works" I ordered half without the veggies and it appears the chef just put the veggies that would have gone on the whole pizza on just one side. This made the pizza extra soggy and a terrible flavor combination as the peppers dominated the flavors. There was little to no sauce on either pizza. Finally, and this maybe just preference, but the sausage on the works was sliced horizontally into big long slices, not into circles or crumbles as is normal to expect on a pizza.
