I had ordered 2 Calzones roughly 2 months ago. I ordered Pineapple with Bacon, and I had received Pepperoni and Bacon on both. I had called and let them know the day it happened and said that they would give a credit for both on my next purchase or could remake them. We decided to eat them and take a credit for the next purchase as we knew we couldn't eat 2 calzones each. We barely could finish 1 ourselves. I was ecstatic as I wasn't really looking for anything, but maybe some sort of credit on my next purchase. I did not expect them to cover both. I went to order 2 Calzones today and they could not find my credit. I asked if there was anything they could do and the guy I spoke with was very rude and said there was nothing they could do. I have worked in fast food and I understand if you can't find the credit, but at least have a better attitude to customers or try to offer something to keep them coming back. If you lost the credit or the original guy did not mark it down, you should think about helping your customers and offer a discount. I also understand that some people also try to get food free and fake a credit. I promise I was not that customer. I was upset on how I was treated and there was nothing the guy could do. Maybe I should not have waited so long, but to be honest I forgot about it until my Dad realized we still had a credit there. I loved your Calzones, and I am sad that I probably will not order again due to poor service. My suggestions: you may want to have a better way to track credits than a book, and hire people who can take care of customers...

Tried here for the first time when I picked up some pizzas for an early-ish family get together (8 adults, 2 kids around 11:30 on a Sunday). Ordered 3 large breakfast pizzas, one large bbq pizza, and a medium sausage pizza. Everything was a hit! The Breakfast Pizza was the real winner; it was absolutely delicious and we couldn't get over how good it was. Normally I'm all BBQ, but this breakfast pizza was unreal. Definitely get it. We could have easily done 2 breakfast pizzas and the medium sausage and still had leftovers. I honestly expected two of our peeps to easily go through half a pizza each, but the crust was a lot heartier than I was expecting, and they maybe made it through barely half a pizza. When we all split, everyone offered to take leftovers! I definitely over ordered, but even the leftovers rocked and were awesome that night. We'll be ordering from here again! Horrible customer service! We ordered on the Slice App and when we got our order 1 of our pizzas was missing after waiting a hour for the food to be delivered. We tried calling many times before getting though to someone at this point we are very frustrated. I told the girl who answered the phone that my pizza was missing and I wanted my whole order replaced since they couldn't bring all my food at once. She started off very rude to me! She has NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS! I have ordered from this place at least once a week. But when you spend $50.00 on food you should get your full order! They told us that it was our fault for ordering from Slice App instead of calling them to place our order!! They turned there screw up into our fault! So I would suggest never calling to complain cause it will turn into a full on fight over there screw up and tell ya its your fault not theres!! Horrible...
