Salamone's Cherry Valley — Restaurant in Cherry Valley Township

If I could rate Zero stars I would. We have ordered take out from here on multiple occasions, the staff is ALWAYS rude, rolls their eyes & try their best to rush us out of the restaurant. We still ordered with them mainly because the food is usually good so we deal with the attitudes despite how uncomfortable they make us. We picked up a X-Large pizza & wings to bring with us on our trip to the dells, were in the car and I’m passing out pizza and wings to my family and find multiple black strands of hair (we are a Blonde Haired family) and the wings seemed to have been deep friend more than once, could not even eat them. So the pizza and wings both thrown out, I call to make Salamone’s aware of the situation and said there’s nothing they can do unless I want to drive back from Wisconsin dells to bring the food back to them, or to hold onto it for our week long trip and bring back when we arrive back in town. This “manager” was very rude and unwilling to make things right. I will make sure to pass this word along, I’ve had enough with these people. Do not eat here unless you’d like a side of hair...

Okay, where do I start? The delicious pizza? Or the amazing pastas? But I get afraid to tell everyone how great this place is because I don’t want my little gem to become more popular than it already is and then we will have to make an appointment to get a reservation! Lol. This is one hell o’v an Authentic Italian well beloved restaurant in Cherry Valley. The service is excellent. Kayla is one hell of a server!! To say the food is delicious is an understatement. It’s an intimate and welcoming family and friends, this is the place to go, restaurant. This is where you want to go if you want good home cooking with hospitality. Very consistent, the pizza is delightful, the pasta is, mmm, close my eyes as I take a bite! I love that they’re very clean. Their beer drinks from draft are spotless.
