My favorite Chinese Restaurant. I drive from Shelby to Cherryville just to get their Chinese food because all the other chinese food from other restaurants (that are even closer) taste bland. Also they get my order right every time, and the food that I order is specially made with vegetables that don't normally come in yu shin chicken. I only like 5 certain type of vegetables & very little chicken in my yu shin chicken. The folks that own or run Hong Kong Chinese always remember what & how I like it prepared. They are very accommodating & friendly too. I highly recommend this Chinese restaurant. If they are closed I just won't eat at any other...

They are still only taking To-go orders. This was our first time ordering here. Parking lot was empty and they are working on a section of it. We weren't sure if they were open but they were. I did a call in order. I ordered the shrimp lomein and my husband had the moo goo. We didn't have to wait long at all, so we sat out in the jeep. My husband said the lady behind the window was friendly. The food was pretty good. Great portion size as well. Definitely will go back. Not to bad on price either. So order wings and they were so hard my pitt bull would have had a hard time so I called them I had 5 wings left out of 8 and she even felt of the wings they were a brick!!! I took the wings back and asked foe sesame chicken and she agreed when I got there she argued about where where the other 3 wings I want be back I told them when I ordered this time the chicken has always been tough was gonna give it 1 more try and she promised it wouldn't be hard they have to be.letting the food set out then throwing it back in the fryer when order!!
