Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Cherryville

We just ordered via the phone for delivery. It is extremely disappointing to call your local Pizza Hut to place an order only to be connected with someone in a foreign country that can’t understand anything you say. Further yet, because they don’t understand they have to ask 1000 extra questions just to get the order finalized. I remember the days when you called your order in and actually spoke to the local girl/guy that really is employed by your local Pizza Hut! Shame on you for farming out your customer service and ordering. I’m not rating the food because I’m sure it will be good but I paid over $70 tonight for a terrible experience! Pizza Hut in Cherryville is a really good pizza place 90% of the time your food right is hot but last night we called and the phone is ringing ringing ringing run and finally someone picked up by after about 15 minutes and it wasn't even Pizza Hut in Cherryville it was answering service they have no idea what's really going on in their stores they told us to get 5 breadsticks for like almost $6 and then cheese sticks I said you only get 5 for $8 that's totally wrong how can you be a corporate office to represent your stores we have no idea what's going on that's totally false we went in and talked to him at the Cherryville Pizza Hut and they made exactly what we wanted dirt cheap keep up the good work...

If I could give less than 1 star rating, I would. The DM Shane Vest is rude to staff as well as customers.

We ordered delivery a few nights ago only for the driver to not knock and just left our order on my front porch. Once we opened it, toppings were messed up and found a piece of plastic wrapping underneath the pizza.

Tried to make an order tonight and was sent directly to a call center. However after finally getting to the store, we were hung up on multiple times. We decided to drive to the store only to find employees standing around.

Save yourselves some time and effort and order from the competitors. No amount of applied credit or apologies will make me return to...
