I try to give very fair responses and honestly would have given this place 5 stars on my first visit based on all but one aspect, that I felt my business was not wanted as soon as I stepped into the establishment. I received a flyer to my job and decided to try it out before using catering for our monthly meetings. I placed the order over the phone where the young lady who answered seemed quite pleasant. Arriving to the establishment the level of customer service diminished. My greeting was "are you picking up an order" followed by never uttering another word the cashier from that point seemed completely dismissive by placing the receipt, pen, and my card on counter. She then retrieved my order placed it on counter and walked away, in the empty establishment (which I note due to the possible understanding in the event she was busy). I almost walked out of the store forgetting to get my own drink that of course I wasn't directed to. I had high expectations based on their reviews but felt my business was certainly not welcomed. In fairness my order was accurate and the food was good. I will possibly visit again in hopes of a different outcome but until further notice won't be using them for our staff meetings. As a patron it's never too much to ask for...
Read moreHighly disappointed in what was one of my favorite places to eat. A slice of pizza was ordered. It was overcooked/nearly burnt. My sister informed them, and they gave us another slice. This time, the slice was cold. So cold that when my sister turned it to the side, all of the sausage pieces rolled off and onto the plate! That's because the cheese wasn't melted. She then handed me the pepperoni slices. Yup, cold as well. It seems as if they picked up an extra slice they had lying around and threw cold meats on top of that cold slice. We were stunned at the apathy when they were informed. There is no way I would let a customer leave my restaurant dissatisfied like this. The saving grace was that the stromboli was good, as was the ziti. Unfortunately, that doesn't make up for the unappetizing pizza and their disinterest in customer satisfaction. I don't know if management has changed or somehow no longer care. Word will definitely get around about this unacceptable behavior. I have never had issues like this before. It really hurts to see a once-great eatery plummet in quality. Wish I had taken pics of this "pizza". Guess the moral of the story is to never order a single slice of pizza from Atlas. And I...
Read moreVery disappointing experience. I came across this place picking up an order for someone else and immediately knew I needed to eat here. So after I finished out my night I loaded up the family to show them the place I found, only to be disappointed and quite honestly left us infuriated. Food was not bad, but I was sold an expired 20oz that tasted really bad. When we said something about the date being passed we were told that it was the “made date”. So me not wanting to cause a scene I sat there with my expired drink for quite some time before my husband saw how bad it was upsetting me before he took matters into his own hands and showed them how his drink was not even supposed to have been made yet is it was a “made date”. Even after that they seemed reluctant to give me an exchange for the expired soda, only for the next one we grabbed (of a different type of soda) to be expired too. Had my husband not gone up there a second time they would have never done anything about my drink being expired, which should have never been sold to me in the first place. The overall experience took away from the food as a whole. Next time I will just stick to...
