Clean Eatz — Restaurant in Chesapeake

First off I didn’t wanted to make a bad review. Im usually shy and timid to speak my mind this been going on more than often. I’m very easy person to work with, I support other establishments, and very respectful. About 7 months ago. I place my honor box at Clean Eatz. I believe both owner was there at the time, I introduced myself. I work with charity for kids with cancer which is my vendor and also the honor boxes support that charity. I purchase the boxes in quantity, always paid pre leads to get call for at the locations to place the honor boxes as well as the purchase the candy all from ME. I do this has a good cause I send the money to children cancer society for my donation even what I made in the box does make up for what donations I receive sometimes I go and the candy is gone and it’s nothing in it. I usually send $50-$100. I don’t see much people doing this in the Hampton Roads. I believe I went about 3 times so far it was no issue the 4th time that I try to check come to find out they throw about the box… ITS NOT TRASH I spend money on all of this to make a business to support kids with CANCER. I was told it only made $5 and change I said okay I can come and get it I can’t even come and get that so where did that money when so my honor box is throw away and also my donation is also either pocket or gone. I’m giving a three stars because I just did a online order with uber eatz food was delicious until I found a hair in my sweet potatoes fries you all should really enforce tying up your hair or wearing hair nets. Also you all portion size has extremely decreased.

I ordered the Mac n cheese for my toddlers and they couldn’t stand to eat it and maybe it was how spicy the Mac and cheese was I don’t understand why make a product spicy if it’s on a kids menu. I used to come here frequently when I worked two minutes away from this place but you can see a decline in food quality, I mean these sweet potatoe fries was mostly hard as rock. A small burnt areas would be fine but not the whole waffle fry. You couldn’t really taste the sweet potatoe just the burnt pieces . I have you all three stars because you all use to have great quality of food at the this location I’m not to sure...

First time here at CleanEatz. I was so excited to go as I’ve been attending HotWorx for a week now and they are usually closed by the time I get finished with my workout. However, I came in around 6:30pm, my apologies because I knew they closed at 7pm but I was so eager to try them as I live in Carrollton and I’m only in Chesapeake two times out of the week for my class. However, the worker was rude. She didn’t greet me at all, the first thing she said to me was “the grill is about to close so” and I stated I wasn’t getting any food just a smoothie. She still had an attitude when ringing me up and rolled her eyes while making my smoothie. I am sure she was ready to get off and probably tired but that’s no way to treat customers.
