Great food and presentation! My son wanted to try some authentic ramen, so we searched the internet and found this gem! My son and I enjoy watching Japanese anime and also like clothing associated with it. Needless to say after watching Naruto for so many years and seeing him down the ramen with enthusiasm we wanted to try it.
Ouka Sora did not disappoint, my son ordered the ramen bowl and I a cold salad with seafood. The taste was amazing for both meals, we both added japanese soda which also was fantastic. The ramen looked exactly like it was on television and my son and I endulged a little by using the supplied chopsticks.
When you arrive it's a very safety conscious area. You select your meal on a computer then once paid, the order automatically goes to the associate behind the counter to make your order. You select your beverage and head to the table of your choice. They have a plastic partition hanging from the ceiling to prevent access to the food by the public. We waited maybe 5 minutes and our meal arrived promptly and with a smile from the associate there.
While you eat they have a great selection of music to complement the meal. The atmosphere was very nice and my son really enjoyed this outting!
The food was very fresh and many others know too because they were busy with takeout and on-line orders for the entire time of our visit which was around 45 minutes. Even though they were busy when we.were leaving they made sure to say goodbye and have a nice day! So if you are looking for some great ramen and authentic meals look no further...
Read moreI am here now during a slow time of the day. Arrival: greeted with a hello! While the wall sign says “order here” , I am so oblivious and didn’t register that I needed to order at the kiosks. I waited at the cash register like a dumdum. When the lady cleaning approached after a few minutes I asked if I can order.
Ordering: easy since I had so much time to look at the large colorful wall menu displayed. She mentioned a few customizations that I added on. Price $14 for bowl and $6 for boba milk tea.
Eating in: Sat my things at a clean table. Grabbed some condiments from the bar. Cashier actually brought my food to me within 5 minutes. Very helpful, was just expecting number to be called really. My meal (beef ramen w/miso and oolong milk tea w/ boba is very light and savory). Great presentation. There is a fruit fly/gnat bothering me this whole time, but what would you expect at a place that has doors and great smelling fruits/ ingredients.
There’s a doorbell when someone walks in so I can stay aware of my surroundings, I guess. A Karen just arrived asking the food creator to change things from what she ordered on the kiosk. Preparer seems nice to accommodate.
So anyway, I guess 4 stars because the cashier/preparers could greet and direct where to order if a confused customer like me lingers lol. + the gnat keeps coming up to my face....
Read moreThe place is amazing, and is almost perfection in my overall opinion. There are electronic devices in the building that allow you to make an order by yourself, and it is very simple and easy to do, and the navigation throughout the menu is relatively easy as well and isn’t hard to get used to. Once the food comes in, it has always been tasting amazing since. The food that I typically order is ramen, and the noodles are great. The Boba drinks are amazing as well, as that they are always tasty, not too bland, and there is a variety of selections. Not only that, but the building and staff are great, as that typically every where you can access as a customer is relatively clean, and whenever there is staff interaction, they are always nice and polite. The only thing I would complain about though is the wait time and the price, as that it can typically take 15-30 minutes for our food to come in, and the prices are typically overpriced, where a ramen bowl is $15. The steep price and long wait time is worth it though for how amazing the food is and for how clean the...
