Managed this place for about a year and when I tell you I know the store like the back of my hand, trust me you do NOT want to eat here. Fruit flies coming out of drinks and flying over food. Expired drinks in the cooler along with cross contamination of nova lox, eggs, and bagels. The baker eats all over everyone’s food in the back. The General manager uses old bagels from the day before to give to customers which is absolutely sickening. There is mold on the soda machine and all around the ice machine in the back. This is definitely not the place to bring your child let alone yourself. I have plenty of pictures to provide to anyone if they don’t believe me.
UPDATE: it’s been about a week if not a little more since I’ve posted this. Just to SHOW you how guilty the General Manager feels she went along with her husband who is the District Manager of all the WingStops in the 757 and went to post a complete lie with a complete wrong picture of the food as to what they said lol. NOTICE her description says she PURCHASED a nova lox but there’s a FARMHOUSE in the picture. Also if you visit this location often you would KNOW we DONT use the brand EINSTEIN COFFEE CUPS anymore it’s Caribou Coffee NOW. Also it’s the completely WRONG drink she said. I don’t see a “orange juice”. Last but not least you can tell the profile is ran by them because it’s reviews just for WINGSTOP with bad reviews...
Read moreFour years ago I posted this exact review - The place wasn't packed because it was adequately staffed with hard working and courteous people. It was busy but the service was faster than the demand. Five Stars.
This is no longer true at all. As indicated by the very frustrated Pakistani or Indian lady up front asking the slow motion crew to do simple clean as you go tasks with only 3 customers in the store, I immediately recognized labor troubles.
I wasn't wrong. Imagine Coca Cola served on a dinner plate with a fork and a huge block of ice? That is the level of recipe understanding they exhibit at Einstein Bros. Bagels. My nova lox bagel wasn't cut in half, no pickle on the side and instead of diced onions, I was served huge complete rings of raw onion.
You might argue, so what? You got the right ingredients, right? Allow me to respond that spaghetti served on a newspaper on the floor contain the right ingredients as well.
If you're very hungry and very flexible on how your food is prepared and served and if you don't mind disappointment - this place is for you.
I am sad posting this, the crew is probably doing their best but so is a garbage dumpster next to the ocean trying to be a...
Read moreLet me start with I've been going to Einstein for a long time and have always had great food and the staff was always so nice. Recently I can't not say the same. Today I went for my usual and as I was at the counter the lady ran into the bagel catch tray where bagels are sliced and it fell on the floor. She was about to put it back on but just set it on the counter next to it and proceeded to take my order. After she did, she went over to the tray to reconnect it to the machine and I said "uhhhh can you not use that since it was just on the floor?". She replied "it fell on this side so it won't be touching your bagel". I was stunned... then she said "do you want me to wash it?". What kind of question is that? Who would ever say oh no don't worry about I'd love a side of floor grime with my bagel thanks. So I said yeah that'd be great and she walked off irritated. This new group of staff members are something else. I also got a flavored lemonade with ended up just being mostly water with a hint of lemon and fruit. There is a lack in quality control and a serious lack of cleanliness. I won't be back for awhile. Do better. Also fix your rewards machine. It's been down for a...
