Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Chesapeake

If I could give zero stars I would. I have been doing business with this location every Friday since I opened my business. I ordered 2 pizzas at 1144am estimated time was 34min. I have never had an issue with delivery. I went back online to track the status and was not able to get an update so I decided to call. The call was placed at 1230pm. I spoke to a young lady who refused to provide her name. I explained to her it's been 45min and still no pizza. She tells me AFTER I placed my order they had a huge order come in. I said that wasn't my problem, im call about my pizza. Then I asked her when would it be here? She said it just came out the oven (1240 now) and will be to me shortly. I asked her why wasn't I given a call explaining the delay (as I had in the pass)? She went back to talk about the huge order and then added there were no drivers at the moment. This person hung up on me and yes I called back. Someone else answered (a guy) he refused to give me her name so I could make a complaint. He states per policy they aren't able to give out names. I said so if I come up there to get her name it's okay? He said yes BUT if I come up there hostel he would call the police. I said sir who said anything about causing a scene, I just wanted her name (something that could have been avoided had he just gave it to me. I then asked for manager he said he was. I asked his name he said Kenny (but I could have his name). He tells me that my order just went in the oven (after me explaining the reason for the callback). He tells me my order just went in the oven. So, they wanted me to wait another 30+ minutes. I told him cancel it and that I would be calling corporate to file a complaint. I ordered 2 pizzas at store #4220 in Chesapeake, Va. 23323. The pizzas arrived quickly but one of the pizzas was incorrect. I called the store and spoke to Jason. Jason was amazing and apologetic and made the pizza correctly then had it delivered to me. I thanked Jason for his quick response in making things right and in doing so, I found out he is the General Manager of this location. Jason is awesome and I hope Justin Meuhrkle (apologies if this is the incorrect spelling) knows and realizes this! I ordered from this establishment about a year or so ago and the female manager was horrible when my order was never delivered to me but instead delivered to someone down my street. She told me numerous times my order was delivered to me because the driver said it was. She insinuated multiple times that I was lying and the driver wasn’t. The order was delivered to the wrong house because she didn’t pay attn to the order of the numbers in the address. I told myself I would never order from there again but I have on 2 other occasions since without a problem and now I know why… because there is a General manager named Jason that is doing an AWESOME job!!!!!! I would like to file this complaint against this store. The store accepted my my order on 2/26/2020 at 11:32PM stated it will take about 41-51 minutes to complete. To our surprise the order never showed to our residence although the tracker stated it was out for delivery. The store of course was closed at 12AM which was too late for us to reach out and inquire about our undelivered order. The next day I called the store to inquire about the missing order. A crew member answered the phone as if it was his personal device, when I requested to speak to a manager he asked why? and As I told him the reason he laughed. I shrugged it off because I would tell the manager of the mans response when she (Maya) came to the phone and she also laughed. I still would like to know what is so funny about a customer being irate because an order that we had thought was out for delivery was indeed cancelled.
