Update 15 Aug 2025: We just couldn’t help ourselves and reached out to Zach and the team to buy our forever home shortly after closing on our sale. This time we worked with Zach Cheatham and Shanique Hills - and let me tell you… DREAM TEAM! We closed on our house in warp speed, and it’s all thanks to the incredible efforts of Zach and Shanique. Original post 30 June 2025: I worked closely with Zach Cheatham and Hailey Cox to sell my home - both of whom are incredibly kind, warm, understanding, and approachable professionals. Zach and Hailey helped me feel so confident even when I was asking a million questions, second guessing every decision, and just being a general nervous wreck. One of the hardest endeavors we have faced was selling our home, having raised our family in it for 15 years and all the memories we had to leave behind. I had an amazing experience! The team of Rich, Moriah and Megan, went out of their way to help me find my home. I spent 7-8 months shopping for houses in numerous areas on all sides of the HBRT, finally settling in Williamsburg. I work out of Yorktown, so living on the Northern side of the bridge works best and I appreciated it a lot that they took the time to drive out to wherever, no questions asked, to meet at whatever home I had selected on the website they provided.
