Panda Express — Restaurant in Chesapeake

I went to the The panda express off of Portsmouth Boulevard near Chesapeake Square, Mall. There’s a Manager, her name begins with an M. As I drove through the drive-through I placed an order and they didn’t have multiple items that I asked for. I asked for a manager getting the young little I mentioned earlier. She stated I would have to settle for what they had on the Buffay table. I replied that’s not what I came to order a Buffay food, and then stated thanks but nevermind my order. She sarcastically stated “will you have a nice day”. I pulled around to the front door and came inside asking her for her name and a managers name. Again, she was very sarcastic very negative very disrespectful. Telling me I had to get her manager’s name offline. This person does not, and should not be in a leadership position. I’ll be back tomorrow to speak to a manager but I’ll never order food...

Terrible, everytime Ive been to this location which has been approximately 4 or 5 time the staff was rude and my food was sub par. I get it, its not a fancy restaurant or anything but every other panda I've been to has had consistency. This particular location has neither the service nor the quality that is expected of them. When visiting earlier this evening (which will be the last time) when we pulled up to the ordering screen the employee immediately stated "we're about to close" when it was 8:40 and this particular location doesn't close until 9:30pm. She acted as if our patronage was such a burden on her that WE were the ones being rude for ordering with them having nearly an hour before closing. I frequently come here for break from my job. I understand have a backed up drive thru but when you leave carssitting in the drive thru for 15-20 minutes instead of asking a car with a rather large order (at least 2 bags) and then rush me along, it comes off rather rude. When i was asked about donating to CHKD (which I said no, because i donate very frequently and more than the extra dollar i would there) I got a very nasty look from the girl in the drive thru. I have also noticed that if you do donate they treat you completely different than if you don’t, they ask you about sauces and anything else, if not they rush you off.
