Taco Bell — Restaurant in Chesapeake

I'm posting about the food we ordered from this Portsmouth Blvd location this afternoon around 4pm. We ordered the new Cheesy Street Steak Chalupa and the $3 Steak Burrito. Well let me tell you they were an utter disappointment in soooo many ways. First of all none of it looked even close to the photos they tried to pawn off. Now I understand that Taco Bell hires a food designer to make the food look great and desirable. But please make a halfway decent attempt to make the food look close to the photo. My burrito wasn't even grilled on the outside and the Chalupa shells on the inner part wasn't crispy at all. The outer shell was mushy and gummy. THEY BOTH MADE ME WANT TO PUKE!!🤮I wish I had taken pictures!! I feel like my $20 for these items was a total scam!! Come on, Taco Bell, I KNOW you can do better!!! Since making this original post, seems like this Taco Bell has changed and I don’t know what happened between my last few visits in my recent visits but not only do they get the order wrong every time the food is cold ran out of those new nuggets. I don’t know why they run out of those new nuggets when it’s brand new item. The phone is always off the hook and if you get to go Food, no utensils no sauces absolutely nothing not even napkins.

EDIT: I went to this Taco Bell for breakfast this morning the first time I’ve gone to this is reticular Taco Bell for breakfast and not only did they make my food absolutely wonderfully delicious but the man that was working the window was so delightful and nice I love this place This Taco Bell NEVER misses!!! The food is prepared amazing every time, the staff are always kind and welcoming and it is pretty darn clean no matter the time of day I go in. The rudest staff and chaotic management I have ever seen. On 12/6/2024, I arrived at the restaurant at 20:33 to pick up my UB order. A female employee told me that she was working on the order. After 35 minutes, I saw that the people who came 10 minutes later than me had already ordered and taken their meals. I asked if there was an issue with my order. The female employee suddenly became very angry and yelled at me and another driver who had also waited for 30 minutes. We were just trying to communicate in a friendly way, but 2 other employees rushed out of the kitchen to join her "screaming venting party". I was really shocked and didn't understand why they did this. This store needs to reconsider their employee training...
