I used to eat at Chick-fil-A all the time until this one incident earlier in June 2021. There was a long double car line, as usual. I placed a large order in the drive thru, and actually saw my food delivered to another car two cars ahead of me. The food went in the car for almost 45 seconds, and then the people called someone over and said it wasn't theirs. You know, when food gets in the car everyone grabs for the fries. What the girl tried to do was re-deliver my food to me from that car. We had open shakes and bags of fries ! when the girl came to my car, I rejected the food because it was in another car during Covid-19 time and you don't know what happened to the food that 45 seconds it was in the other car. The girl brought my food back to the window, where I saw it being set inside the window. I kept my eye on the bag and drink carrier. It NEVER moved from inside the window. About 30 seconds later, another girl picked it up and brought it to my car. I told her what happened, and she tried to convince me that it was "Re-Bagged", but I saw that my bag and drink holder never moved..... So, I took the food and went inside and got my money back !! I WILL NEVER PATRON ANOTHER CHICK-FIL-A Knowing that this probably happens all the time and having the workers try and deceive me and lie to me. Chick-Fil-A has gotten horrible on their service with the double lines and everyone running around delivering food to cars.... to be honest, the food isn't reallly that great !!! I'd rather spend the money somewhere else than almost 10 bucks on a chicken sandwich, mushy waffle fries and a drink.... GOOD BYE...
Read moreI put a mobile order for a breakfast pick up at this location because the one nearest to us was closed. It was still 20 min to 10:30 when we put the order and this chick fil a was about 12 min from where we were. We caught traffic on the way to the restaurant but made it to the drive through line a few minutes before 10:30. Right before the worker came to our car, she flipped the menus because it was 10:30 exactly. I didn’t think it was a huge deal since I had the order in and spoke to her literally at 10:31. Told her we were there to pick up the order and she says “Oh I won’t be able to give you this order because we stopped serving breakfast.” I told her I put the order in 20 min ago, we joined the line before 10:30, it was literally 10:31, and I paid for it already. To which she said “You haven’t paid for it yet because I haven’t processed it” (but the money did leave my account).
We didn’t order anything and just left. If we had joined the first line, we would’ve been to worker before they flipped the menus but unfortunately we joined the second one. What’s the point of ordering ahead and asking for payment on the app if they don’t prep the food prior to joining the line? I wish they put it on the app that they won’t honor your order if you arrive right at 10:30. It’s even more frustrating because this was the second chick fil a we went to to try to get breakfast but the first was unfortunately closed...
Read moreUpdating my review to reflect the improvements to the level of customer service I have received since my original review. The last 3 curbside orders were received by very polite and friendly staff, and were mostly accurate. I can’t quite fully update my food rating as I received an order of the breakfast mini rolls without the honey butter, but it looks like things are improving! Still rooting for you Chik-Fil-A!! :)

I’m normally pretty pleased with the food and service here, but lately the staff has really been dropping the ball. Three times the salsa for my burrito was missing from the order. I understand that this is primarily a chicken establishment, but if you are offering meatless options, paying customers should receive what they order. People have dietary needs and order food based on that. I paid for a meatless hash brown burrito (egg and cheese). I got a burrito jam packed with huge strips of chicken. Accurate orders rushed incorrect orders. PLEASE TAKE YOUR TIME TO DOUBLE CHECK ORDERS BEFORE YOU SEND THEM OUT. Even fixing an order after the fact doesn’t reestablish trust. Not to mention people have to use their own gas to come back and have the issue rectified. No bueno. Please do better Chik Fil A! We’re out here...
