Reignforest Tea Bar — Restaurant in Chesapeake

Reignforest Tea Bar is my newest obsession. I've heard about it from another local business owner this past summer, and I'm kicking myself for not trying it out sooner. Their Lavender Lemonade was so good on my first visit, I ended up coming three more times in a row to make my way through their delicious iced drink menu.

So far I've had The Mango Splash (Lemongrass Tea), Pineapple Craze (Black Tea), Lemon Pear (Green Tea), and Pomegranate Plunge (Black Tea). They are all so delicious, I couldn't even tell you which one is my favorite. My best friend got the "Banana Pudding Boba Milk Tea" a few times and raved about it, so I have my eyes on trying their milk teas on future visits.

Service was very friendly, attentive, and fast. Tyler was madd cool and The owner Reign is such a sweetheart. I wish this place much success in the future, and I look forward to trying many more drinks here. I'm always happy to support a Black-Owned Business.

Stopped for a tea (my daughter's request) but "doorman" said we had to wait because there were too many people in there. So waited and watched 3 people leave, then 2 more, then one more, still waiting when three people walked up and were admitted in front of us who walked up after us. When asked the doorman who explained that these were the owners, so we would have to keep waiting eventhough the place was almost empty at this point. Not sure how they count, or what they were thinking but paying customers shouldn't ever be sidelined or treated this way. Your "tea" is already overpriced and the store is dirty (trash and stains on sticky floor) so next time I want some tea, I would go literally ANYWHERE else and not be treated like it was a trendy nightclub on a Saturday night. Never would I ever go here again or recommend this hole to anyone. Avoid...
