I guess you have to be a Starbucks expert or former employee to properly order from this location. I was just reprimanded in the drive-thru by an employee because I placed my order via the app (selecting drive-thru) and waited in line. When I pulled up to the speaker I informed the employee that I had place my order via the app. She said I’d have to wait 15-20 min for my order because I used the app and that I’d need to get out of the line and drive around and wait again. I asked her if my app order could be cancelled and I just place an order with her because obviously I didn’t want to drive around the building again and get back in line. She said that I could cancel the order in the app and order with her because that would be easier. So I ordered with her. Less than 5 minutes later I pulled up to the window and I asked her how to cancel the order in the app and she said I needed to call customer service. At this point I’m annoyed. So then I said I thought I could just cancel in the app and I don’t want to pay twice. She was clearly frustrated with me and said “ok, let me explain to you how this works…” she took about 2 minutes explaining to me how it works when I place the order at the speaker vs the app. I mentioned that I selected drive-thru in the app when I placed the order and she said it doesn’t matter. So I asked her to cancel the order I placed at the speaker because I refuse to pay twice and she huffed and said well we made it already. She clearly was irritated with me. I guess I made her job difficult by ordering through the app and not driving around the building again to wait in line. Moral of the story—never order through the app at this location unless you have an extra 20 minutes to wait and gas to burn, selecting drive-thru...
Read moreI look for consistency, this location is consistently poor in service. And the nerve to ask for a tip... I have gone there 4 morning in a row. Placing my order, no problem. Getting my order is ridiculous! A sandwich and a coffee, so the tall Caucasian heavy set girl with glasses hands me sandwich which by the way always looks like it was thrown around all mangled in little paper sack. Then holds the payment terminal out the window suggesting a tip, zap ding payment taken in seconds. My supposedly hot coffee sitting behind her, she then walks away fixing 2 other drinks for other customers while mine just sits there, then comes and hands me my drink that had been ready prior to her walking away to fix the other drinks for other people. Where is the common sense and good customer service in that??? So , I say so you really had me sit and wait while my drink was ready and sitting there, clearly it should have been handed to me the second after you took my payment being though it was ready. Read moreI really wanted to love this Starbucks. It’s easy for us to order through the mobile app and just pick up what we ordered. Unfortunately, our order always has something wrong with it from this store. My husband’s frappuccinos are always sloshy, not thick. Today, I tried to make it simple for them and just ordered a Venti Pumpkin Spice latte with Almond Milk. When my husband brought the drink home to me, it was super low with no whip cream. I poured it into a Grande reusable cup that I have and it fit into that perfectly. I would like to be able to get what I paid for for once. We’re gonna have to find ourselves another location. :( I hope Starbucks puts a feature in the app where you can place complaints or suggestions for making an experience better and to rate the service...
